If I had to complain some staff seem like they were there out of necessity not always customer focused , but on the whole the staff were friendly Helpful.

Location, the concierge and welcome were amazing and very helpful, the panoramic views from our hotel room , the top class restaurants and the revolving restaurant was just class.

Lovely view of the pier on the river. Breakfast exactly what I ordered and reasonable price. Room has all amenities needed. Good price. Nice thick curtains, kept the light out and warmed up the room.

I think the staff could improve how they conduct the fire evacuation including the way they talk to the guests and also not running however be brisk. As there are so many levels with rooms surely it could be possible to include another set of lifts? My friend had mountain view and I had harbour view, when we booked I had sent a message to request close room allocation however I think we were 6 levels apart. On my check-out morning, around 8:45am it took 5 attempts for my turn to go from my level to the hotel lobby. In addition in the bars, the staff need to clear the glasses or empty bottles much quicker, we left the Green Room, returned more than 1.5 hours to the same table, my friend took our glass and bottle back to the bar. We didn't get into the Birdcage as it was always crowded.

The view from my room was great including quiet and comfortable bed. The live music and seating options in the Casino Bar was my personal favourite. The cafe options and service was very good. I enjoyed my visit to the spa hot tub and sauna. I played a round of mini golf!

We went out one night and there was a show on at Casino, so when we came back we couldn't find a parking spot which resulted in us driving around for 40mins until luckily some one went out and we secured a spot. I feel that a quick message when you book to let you know that there is a popular artist performing on the night you are staying and that parking may be an issue would have been most helpful.

Our room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the water and mountain side. The king size bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good choice of foods to suit a variety of tastes.

The cost for a small “budget” room was astronomical for a mum and 2 kids. If our conference wasn’t at the casino we wouldn’t have stayed there for that price

The room & general motel facility was aged & the absence of lifts meant my wife had to climb two flights of stairs . Due to recently breaking her hip & resulting mobility issues this made accessing our room a problem .

Excellent location & restaurant offered excellent value for money . We were able to park close to our accomodation & this was important due to my wife’smobility issue .

Wonderful view when entering the room. The location of the Harbour view rooms was a real bonus,being separate from the main casino. All staff I came into contact with were extremely helpful and friendly.
