We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaMy partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had a fabulous time! The room was good for the two of us and very clean. We had dinner one night at Henry’s restaurant and the food was great, the staff were friendly too. Our favourite part of our stay was the heated pool, it is getting cold now so to be able to go for a swim comfortably was a huge bonus!! We definitely recommend staying here! Great for a family holiday!

AustraliaWe were early and hoped for an early check in. Waited by the pool (kids swam) for about 2 hours and once I went back to the desk they claimed to have called me - which didn't occur. Not a big issue, but would have rather been in our room earlier! Also didn't really appreciate - but fully understand - the attempts to convert us to Club Wyndham members. The additional phone call in the room was a bit too much.
Great accommodation, beautifully renovated and very large apartment. All the areas, including the pool were very well kept and clean. The restaurant service was great and the food very decent. Staff friendly.

AustraliaOur suite was not well sound proofed and since it was near the lifts and communal bins, it was often very noisy. It was also too dark because of the way it was facing so we had problems drying clothes that couldn't go in the dryer (eg swimmers), and it encouraged mosquitoes. But that was only our room - the other suite was fine.
The location was good - walking distance to the beach, not too far from the town centre and had some restaurants close by. The pool was great and the cafe had decent food. The suites were well laid out and equipped, and had plenty of room for everyone.

Australiathe restaurant was only opened from 12noon. no breakfast or coffees other than through room service. Menus were also a little confusing as there was no dedicated lunch menu and a number of the mains were only available after 5pm. there was a kids club but only ran Friday night even with it being school holidays and a long weekend.

The location to the beach and local Cafes for Breakfast were great. The rooms were clean and a lot of space with good facilities. You could cook and have your meals in the room.

AustraliaFelt a bit of a “sales” push for the Club Wyndham, which I guess I understand but we were invited to a “meet and greet” probably 7 times. We did accept the first invite and explained it would only be my partner (as we had a baby and 2 preschoolers with us), only for them to be turned away at the door as it needed to be “both of us”.
Really well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds, provided great (and new) appliances - very easy to cook in the rooms. Amazing location just out of “town”. Pool was fantastic for the kids, pictures don’t do it justice.
