Only downside, not really an issue, is lack of quality art decoraton... If some good beach decorative stuff added the place become a very high star beach hotel!

Location amazing.... Exclusive beach access... Wonderful people available for you anytime...kitchen is full on... Everywhere clean... Tropical garden is lovely... Meet all expectations...

We decided that the restaurant was not for us and rather made the good 5min drive to Dunsborough.

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved the amenities, good way to start the day with a light workout shooting some hoops and a swim. Beautiful beach at the doorstep. Generous room size with balcony and kitchenette.

A beautiful setting overlooking immaculate gardens. Facilities are excellent. Apartment layout is spacious and contains all you need for a relaxing stay. On-site restaurant with an outdoor patio. 5 minutes walk to a beautiful peaceful beach.

Disappointed with the shower being in the spa Had to climb in n out of the spa to use the shower n with bad knees it was hard n a bit of a problem

A bit of road noise at night in the room but when I closed the bathroom door etc it was much better

Great sitting around the wood open fire place have a drink & then dinner at Tobby's was good. Also played tennis on the very unusual tennis court surface - but to my surprise the court played very well. Also as it was winter, after dinner at Tobby's went & sat in the outdoor spa for a time which was great.

Bath drain was clogged and flooded when showering on the first night. Upon closer inspection, noticed hair stuck in the drain and had to use a towel to unclog the clump of hair (seemed to have accumulated from previous guests) but the bath still flooded. Advised reception and they asked the groundsman to look at it while we were out for dinner. No apology or compensation provided.

Room was generally clean and location was quiet, despite being by the main road. Reception staff were helpful in providing brochures and recommendations for activities during our stay.

The pool was not heated, the internet was slow and noone came to tidy our room during our stay, it would have been nice to get fresh towels etc.

The bed was big and comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hot tub was nice and I enjoyed the gym facilities and the location.

Our room on the ground floor was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The location was perfect for access to the beach and within 5 minutes of Dunsborough township by car.

Customer service was fantastic right from check in to check out - including front of house, restaurant & maintenance/housekeeping staff. We used the onsite restaurant for all of our 3 nights stay as the food, ambiance & staff made it so enjoyable that we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Breakfast wasn't available during our stay but that didn't concern us.
