Was expecting own facilities, shower and toilet, not liking having to share with the other 5 rooms. As far as security would have preferred a proper key to lock my room. Also waiting for the refund of security deposit of $200 which was to be repaid within 7 days of my stay.

It‘s not quite what we expected while booking. The contact whit the host is friendly but only over the phone, that seems a bit odd. There were a few confusions with the rooms, the planning was a chaos. There is no parking spot, it seems under constructions.

The Family Room is seperate with an own bathroom - it‘s cozy and there is everything you‘ll need. The location is near to the centre of caloundra. Only a walk of 15 minutes away.

Staff offsite- check in instructions were to call staff, did not pick up or return call for hours. Had to knock on another guests door to be let in. Bathmat was saturated and placed needed a good detail clean.

Room size and lock ability. When out of room, (room 3), security was by a passage lock, easily opened. The place is a bit quirky, which is ok, but did not meet our expectations, because did not get room that we booked for - instead of a superior room, with shower and fridge etc, we got a 3x2m with shared facilities, (new however). There are 2 small cabins in back yard, which may be as described, but don’t hold breath. Room 3 had double bed which almost took up the width of room. Parking for 1 car, but in street within walking distance. Read fine print carefully. Good for backpackers.

No breakfast offered. Advert said private bathroom but this was shared with 4 other rooms. No TV controller. Noisy. Contact with manager was only by phone until they came to the room.

Sheets on bed only changed once in 18 days. My room was changed without my consent and bags moved and some of my personal belongings went missing . The initial room I was allocated smelt strongly of cat urine and was unable to stay in that room. Recycled bottles were overflowing in backyard and not moved during my stay No dedicated smokers area so some guests thought it is ok to smoke in the common outdoor eating area

Not quite as advertised. Boutique it is not. Tired and shabby (not chic). Noisy as rooms are area enclosed under the house. Noise from rooms above and beside not acceptable.

I was woken up early in the morning after a very late night. I would have appreciated the courtesy of people being quiet in the morning after paying a lot for this room...spent the day tired and disappointed.

The fan in the room didn't work, the toilet seat was broken, Cistern was broken and needed to be turned on and off, no instructions for booking in other than to call the number to get directions. When we had booked I had to keep reminding her of our booking and how many nights we were staying, and then when we had booked in she tried to get us to change rooms as she needed it for another booking, this admittedly didn't end up happening, but we were in limbo for about 90 minutes, and the room is definitely not spacious, it isn't much bigger than the bed itself.

Unfortunately my room was close to an outdoor seating area that people were using at 1am and couldn’t get to sleep. The private bathroom was outside in another area.

The two bath towels worn and dirty, very crampt room, no clear instructions to find the room, over priced, shared bathroom, damage deposit of 200 dollars. If you are looking for fast, last minute accommodation, for just shower and sleep this is it. Very much like backpackers hostel.

I did not like the fact that the rooms were so close together and the decor was quite old and tired.

The cost of the facility was very reasonable. I was not aware it was only one room, and you shared the facilities with others. Fortunately, we were the only ones staying that night, so it was great.
