The couch and rug look and feel like they could use a good deep clean and washing machine needs new rubbers as it is covered in mould, understand with humidity but it may benefit from leaving the door of the machine open when not in use to air

Amazing property in every aspect with spectacular view! 2 golf carts made getting around the island effortless and the convenience of a late check out offered without request was a really nice touch to end the holiday. Communication was brilliant and should be commended.

only thing i didn't like was that the top master bedroom, the bathroom lights were pretty dark. could not see the mirror properly to do makeup, had to take it downstairs to do daily makeup.

Interior light switches and some of the interior lights were not working.

Location was perfect - accessible to the main marina quay amenity and flat walk. The complimentary transport to and from the airport was very useful. We had 4 x couples with Villa 20 and everyone was estatic at the abundance of room/space for everyone. Rooms were spacious and the top floor main rooms is amazing. Villa 20 came with 2 x 4 seater buggies which came in very handy. The stunning view of the sea was hard not to continulously stare at the whole trip - we could see fish, sting rays and whales from our balcony. Balcony was a perfect place to host drinks with nicely designed foldable doors to shut the sunlight out if you wanted to go back in.

We found out on the last day that there was a pool that was heated inside the yacht club and spa and gym. We didn’t know they existed or if we could use them? Only thing we would have liked was for the pool to be heated.

Property was magical. The views were stunning and the property had everything we wanted.

The position was absolutely perfect, the accommodation awesome and the views spectacular. The whole family had the best holiday, nobody wanted to leave. Thank you Hamilton Island holiday rentals, we will be back.

The property was disappointing with a few of the essentials missing. I think for the price I paid I would expect at least some salt and pepper in the kitchen. All the grinders were empty. Minimal teas and coffee. When you fly to an island you don’t expect to have to buy every essential. There was no broom to sweep the floors. I had to call the management for a broom. There were insufficient towels supplied. Again for a luxury apartment we were given one bath towel each.

Great Location and amazing views. Beds were very comfortable. Pickup and drop of to airport was great.

Maybe a few more serving bowls in the kitchen for a house that size sometimes you want to eat and cook at home. The downstairs level is a bit musty from being closed up but I admit I am super sensitive to smells.

Spacious and well positioned to all Hamilton island activities. Enjoyed using lovely Leif products provided in the bathrooms

We were meet at the airport by a very friendly young man and he was so bubbly and explained how to use the buggies safely and access to our villa.

there could be some stock items left in pantry like salt/ pepper/ oil etc. to avoid having to buy these bigger items for short stays.

love the location! an easy level walk or buggy drive to the shops. perfect set up for families with spacious rooms that are quite separated and a large living space for children to enjoy. full cooking facilities I’d you would like the option. great pool that seemed to miss most of the wind!
