The camp-site when we first got there are a bit bunched together, but we broke the tent anyway so upgraded to a villa which was very comfortable, only slight down side is bigger cars just fit in the driveways of the villas

The villa had everything we needed was clean and comfortable and close too new as they are building new ones to upgrade the park, gonna be awesome when its done. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The villa area could do to have the villas a bit further apart as the drive way space was a bit narrow and it made it difficult for me to reverse my ute in to the space

Good clean facilities that went beyond my expectations. Very friendly staff. Excellent service and the facilities were great. Lawn area was very well kept. Close to the main road but very little road noise.

How accommodating the Park was for our circumstances. They went beyond to make it easy for us to pick up our key and location of our Hut. Due to our out of hours pick up and stay arrival. We could not have been happier.

Cabin was old and worn out. Air-conditioner wasn’t cold. Bed was so old and hard neither my husband and I could sleep and still have bad backs days later. Rubbish bins weren’t empty and there was a huge puddle of water across the front steps which made it impossible to get in and out of the cabin with dry shoes. Barely enough room to park the car. Grossly overpriced!!!!

False advertising. Says pet friendly on billboard, however, manager tried to shake me down for additional $200 claiming pet friendly only applied to caravans, not to cabins. Total con. Manager was not there to hand out key. He was swimming in pool before hand. Have to wonder how many people he has done this to...can't believe booking.com allow his business on website.

Cabin was very clean and had plenty of room to move. They are really neat and being fully self contained was a bonus. Will be back. Park itself was nice and quiet and clean.

Staff and grounds man were so rude not welcoming at all. Also, they told me to set up my camp and then told me I might have to evacuate in the middle of night because it was an area that flooded, so why tell me to set up 🤔 I have better things to waste my energy on rather than having to set up then pack up then set up on higher ground then pack up again then set up again when the water goes down also the site the gave me had a man hole coming an inch out off the ground I smashed my foot on it couple off times a major hazard

Nobody at reception, just an envelope with our name. 2 sliding doors within unit were impossible to move - my husband ended up getting them back on their runners with a lot of effort.

The place is very good for those who have a caravan, for those who have a tent to camp, the place is horrible, very far from the bathrooms, shower, swimming pool and barbecue, the place to put the theme is not grass, it's dirt and it looks like there was concrete underneath. We managed to fix it on the floor straight, there was no light at all, it was completely dark.

It was awful from the get go, they are extremely unhelpful and inefficient and lacked common customer service skills! Not only was it EXORBITANTLY priced for what it was, but it was a terrible experience for myself and my family. The permanent residents made for a very uncomfortable experience, with foul language and loud obnoxious behaviour, a common occurrence. We were packed in like sardines, and there was 0 customer service. Tourists should stay away from this place at all costs!

The accommodation that they are selling is not real, I went there and it was only a parking spot, I booked because I saw the photos of a house, with a bed, sofa and everything. When I talked with the manager he said " is not my problem, u should have read better", but I think they should change the advertising, since i am not the only person that was tricked into this fake advertising. Some really nice people that live in the caravan parking helped me and let me stay the night, if I depended on the manager I would be sleeping in the floor outside ike a dog.
