There was a gorgeous view of the harbour that took up the whole wall of the bedroom, and a beautifully clean and comfortable bed. The ensuite was immaculate and had everything you need. The conference I was there for meant I was very late to check in, but I stayed in touch and the host was so graciously understanding. She was warm and welcoming and then gave all the privacy one would need. I would love to come stay again for longer!

The property was beautiful with stunning views! Close to the city bound trams. Mozhgan was a wonderful host and nothing was to much trouble for her. Check in and out was very easy.

The place was very clean and lovely. The view was fantastic, and Mozhgan was a very lovely person and host. You will be sharing the apartment with her, but she will give you all the privacy you need, as well as be available for small chats if you initiate it.

Honestly there wasn't anything. Was perfect for my short stay. As it was my first experience staying with a host, I felt a little self conscious and apprehensive I guess like I'd be staying in someone else home rather than your own room. That said Mozhgan was friendly, helpful, made me feel at home despite these initial apprehensions, and I left feeling like I had visited with an old family friend. Definitely stay again, rather than a normal motel.

My first experience staying with a host. Mozhgan was extremely helpful, providing directions to property, meeting me on arrival, assisting with parking (extra cost $30). Room was comfortable, clean and perfect for my short stay. Location was great with large choice of food options within walking distance, and the view from the apartment was amazing. Would definitely stay again if ever in Melbourne.

When booking thru booking.com, I did not see anywhere that it was shared accommodation with the owner. I really think that should be made clearer so that you have a full understanding that you will not be alone. After reading thru alot of the reviews other people have also stated this fact that they weren't aware that it was "shared". I will add though the host was lovely so if you don't mind sharing this place will suit you.

Exceptional guest service. The host was super friendly and respectful, made me feel very comfortable and safe during my stay and provided me with helpful relevant information. The place was super clean and tidy and also affordable. Cutest little room with ensuite bathroom and shower. Great view of the river both day and night time. Close to trams and walking distance to train station. Definitely booking again during my next stay.

In the description about the accommodation it should I indicate that you will be staying with the owner in the next room within the apartment. She was lovely but it was uncomfortable, I thought I was the only one that was going to be in the apartment.

The view was amazing from both the living and the room that was being rented out. Super clean. The owner was lovely.

The host was lovely, so caring and attentive. She prepared a yummy breakfast that we had in the balcony with the harbor view. The bedroom view was stunning! The place was nice and quiet, very clean too.

I had not paid attention and did not realise that it was a room within an apartment. But my host was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable, as it was a short stay and I spent most of my time out, I barely saw her. And so ultimately it was not an issue and I would be glad to return in future.

The room and ensuite were quite spacious and made for a very comfortable stay. The view was spectacular and the location still within the free tram city circle.
