I would have liked to spend longer!!! What a great place.

Beautiful home perfectly set up for short or long stays in a quiet suburb backing onto a golf course. Excellent kitchen, lounge and bathroom areas and really comfy beds. Perfectly flat right through the house and out into the rear entertainment area. Close to supermarkets and the main street, this super clean home has everything for two or three couples or a family group. The owners obviously go out of their way to ensure the house us perfectly presented. Top line property!

Plenty of space for us! Nicely appointed. The weather was great so we didn’t have to use the fans or air cond but it was lovely knowing they were there. We enjoyed Yass - recommend the Yazz Bar for cocktails in their back garden. Adored The Spicy Affair Indian restaurant and the Yass Show was fun!

The house is very clean, and great communication from Cheryl. Easy access means we don’t have to worry what time we get to property. Cheryl left a box of chocolates as a welcome gift. Very thoughtful.

The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The extra space (2 living areas) was great and it was great to be able to put our car in a secure garage. Our boys appreciated the Foxtel access and the milk provided.

Only thing we didn't like..... is we didn't stay longer.

I could not fault this house at all! Personalised note and chocolates on arrival. Absolutely fantastic. It only had one cooling system but the fans in the bedrooms are awesome! (does have reverse air for winter) We were thrilled to find this gem Greg and Cheryl tick all the boxes including a folder that has lots of info for a longer stay

A very nice property and beautifully presented. The bed was comfortable, a large shower, plenty of towels, great amenities, and close to the centre of town.

Great location, close to main st, had absolutely everything in kitchen, bbq, great view of golf course and box of chocolates was a real treat. Disability bathroom was great for mum.

Nothing really. They had all cleaning facilities available so we could make sure we kept the place clean whilst we stayed there. That’s something which is important to me.

The property is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. They had great amenities available - there were board games, dvds and extra blankets if required. They added a beautiful welcome touch with chocolate and a welcome letter. They went one step beyond on making the stay personal and giving us the space to enjoy it too. The backyard was a bonus with an excellent BBQ. It was in east access to cafes, restaurants and Aldi. A peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood. It’s great if you have kids or just want to have a quiet reunions with friends. It was perfect for us.

I could not fault this house, it was perfect.

Everything was amazing! Heating was on when we arrived, it was so cosy and warm. Beds are super comfy, the whole place was incredibly clean. As an added bonus it is mobility friendly, the bathroom is setup to accommodate wheelchair access. A good range of quality tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available, plus milk. The box of chocolates and snack size biscuits were a great touch. TV works well and wifi was great. If I could give more than 5/5 I would, my family were very impressed, definitely a cut above a motel and for the same price. Perfect for a one night stay or to use as a base to explore Yass and the surrounding area. It is close to town for the shops, restaurants, and cafes.
