No heater in the room. No clean cooking things. The owner always come to turn off the light.

No coffee / tea making facilities in room. No compendium/ information booklet in room, so had no idea if allowed to use the kitchen to make coffee. Host ( caretaker) did not speak English, had to translate via a electronic device. Location not easy to find. TV in room did not work. TV in foyer , outside room #10, was not connected, so no TV at all. No shower soap/gel/shampoo. One bedside table lamp did not work.

Sheets had a few stains, basins and sinks need a good scrub. There was no carpet in my room, but as I said I think they were renovating that room and there was a mix up with my booking. I'm glad that they let me stay and I would stay there again for a longer stay with my family for sure.

It's a beautiful place, but seems to be under renovation. It's actually a beautiful area and has some lovely views! I needed a bed and it was a safe place, a little out of the way but I slept like a log. Kitchen and Shared spaces are gorgeous.

no carpet, a cement floor, dirty, a sheet not big enough just sitting on the bed . I had a very nasty hay fever allergic reaction that usually only happens with mold or dust mites , I had to leave early and had very poor sleep

We really don't like the house keeper when he is there and staring at us and also with the camera in the house ,poor communication with the house keeper and a breaching of privacy.

The uncleanliness of the premises... would be prepared to pay more if the place was clean and maintained.

The setting is beautiful the cost great, however, the caretaker could not speak English. The permanent resident had to translate through the phone. The bottom sheet had a stain on it and the blanket was not clean smelt like aftershave

everything and the host was none english speaking or act like don't understand english ... they did not refund rather made their own story saying i did not like the offering of big room and i left.. bad experience ever in my life with booking.com and the crazy host

Zero star for this place.. if i could give negative i would definitely be giving negative stars..I'm not racist or discriminating anyone but this place is hosted by a Chinese host and the room was full of dead pests all around the room.. the used bedsheet with stains everywhere.. Eventually host offered the vip room and made us waited for an hour telling 30mins at mid night 11pm and when one of the chinese guy came to show the vip room who does not understand or speak english. The other vip room was in same condition as booked room the dead pests all around the room.. I could not stay there and had to travel another an hour to find room to stay with my family at mid night 11pm. i requested for a refund they refused saying i already checked in and they can not refund.. please do not go to this place at any cost even if its 1night stay.. very unprofessional host, dirty room, dirty linens... its a scam as you don't have any nearby other accommodation in that area. the room was full of dead Pests all around the room, bathroom, no toilet paper, the room was uncleaned and looked like not been used for more than 6months. used bedsheet, towels with dead pests and dirts

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, they masked it with a room spray but still evident They wanted us to check out before 10 am when check out time Is between 11-12 Cheap but u get what u pay for .. not worth it Spend more and be comfortable

Everytime I walked out of my bedroom door a noise would be hurd and always they were checking wat we was doing if we went to our car they locked the door. No privacy at all plus they dnt talk english . All the photos are fake they wudnt allow us ant part of the house besides the bedroom and bathroom that was so dirty i wudnt even shower there yuk. there was no TV in the room not to mention the smell was horrible had the worst sleep . Very unpleasant and this place shouldnt be allowed to be stayed at. No reception or wifi but they have cameras everywhere including the door to bedroom. Horrible experience . If you are not looking for a scary experience then dont stay here . .

Not one thing it was a horrible experience, locked me out if I went out the door. Bedroom was dirty and bathroom was bad . They really are wired and wudnt even give a bedroom key until we kept asking very bizarre

I had emergency to do with family I had to come from south Australia had I know how hard & filthy the place was I would have booked else where. There was nothing good about the place at all. The owner didn't speak English. U couldn't even watch t.v as they don't work. Stain's on the carpet & mattress. Some bedroom's didn't even have carpet. The toilet/ bathroom had people's hair on the floor & in the shower on the walls & floor. I could go on but I guess you get it. Photos will show just how f dirty it really was.
