Room is not soundproof. Our room was close to the lift, so could hear people in the corridor talking and the cleaners in the morning. Also, could hear the drills early in the morning with renovation undergoing. Food was included with our booking - but it tasted very average.

Very close to Sydney has to offer. Short walk from Museum train station, and bus to Bondi Beach nearby. Quiet rooms. Buffet breakfast really good.

The parking situation could have been explained better. All in all the location of the secure park was a reasonable walking distance. Parking vouchers provided for the duration of the stay which was very good value for the city.

Excellent value for money. Awesome staff. They are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Restuarant was also very nice. The location was also very central to our needs.

The funny pineapple smells in the hallway but okay as we didn’t need to stay in the hallway apart from waiting lift.

Breakfast time was a bit chaotic, the wait staff sermed a bit out of their depth with so many guests. The queue for the coffee machine was endless, a 2nd machine was warranted with so many guests.

The included breakfast was excellant, probably the best hotel cooked breakfast that we've had. The sausages and bacon were of great quality and the choice of food was great. The cbd location of the hotel near to Museum station was very conveniant and the room was modern, if not a little on the small side.

Room was very small but quite sufficient as I was travelling alone. Would have been very squeezy for 2 people. Was not aware until the second night that the hotel has an on site, poorly advertised restaurant for evening meals. Would have happily used it if I had known. Possibly a bit pricey but was a busy time in Sydney.

Excellent location almost next to Hyde Park. Clean fresh recently renovated room and bathroom. Loved that the profits go to supporting domestic abuse victims. Friendly staff.

A big reason that I chose this location was for the breakfast but the hours are so limiting that I never used it. 7 feels so late to start- it would be nice if they had some coffee and toast out or something for the early birds.

The room sizes were good and it was mostly clean.

Broken exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I tried to tell a receptionist about but had to explain what an exhaust fan was and was told that it was because we didn’t put our keycard into the slot next to the door because it’s automatic, although we were already doing this so no solution was created and we had to deal with a very steamy bathroom after a shower. Sink was also a bit blocked up, although housekeeping seemed to have fixed this while we were out on the second day of our stay. Heater also didn’t work, was only pushing out cold air so it was warmer to not have any air con at all. Not very soundproof. Could hear a couple going at it in extreme, wall shaking detail on the first night, although I think staff dealt with it the morning after which was appreciated. Could hear a couple conversations as well.

Location was incredible!! So centrally located. Extremely comfortable beds. Luggage room was very handy to use before checkin but you have to tag your own luggage and put it in the room yourself. Breakfast was your typical buffet but very good. Elevators were always quick and efficient.

Room lacked a bit of natural light but didn’t matter because we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Went over the the Taylor swift concert and the room was lovely. Was clean and comfortable, and breakfast provided was great! Location a little further from Darling harbour but only a short 20 minute walk.
