It would’ve been nice to have a closet with hangers to hang clothes in and one of the drawer was broken when we got there.

The property was clean and spacious. The queen bed was very comfortable. The AC in the room and living room were strong, only took a few minutes for the rooms to cool down when we got in. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and strong. The location was very central to anything you needed, including grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The host was very kind and accommodating. He communicated well in regards to where the apartment is and how to get in. We truly had a wonderful experience!

the location its really good, if you rent a car. The public transport and the beach it’s round 20 min walking, no far but under the midday sun, it’s a little challenge

so relaxing and confortable, it’s a big place for a couple o solo traveler. supermarket just in the corner and it’s no sounds in the night

William the host was beyond attentive. He was responsive and available through Whatsapp at all times. He even took his time to recommend places and activities. William makes sure you are comfortable and it truly did feel like i was at home in this place. It is a quiet and well kept location. They provide high quality AC, smart TV, and they have various wifi options. They also provide parking if you are renting a car. If you want to be away from the crowds and want to truly experience a peaceful vacation i recommend booking at his place.

A binder with a little info on where the closest grocery stores are, how the buses work along the beach (there is a normal looking bus and also little mini-vans), info on best way to the beach walking - use the crosswalk at the roundabout where the giant grocery store is, take a slight left then there is a cut through at the hotel complex which is the safest path to the beach. I never could figure out if there was a taxi number that could be called if you needed a taxi, that would be helpful to know. Small things like this could be helpful.

Close to two grocery stores, kitchen was adequately stocked with equipment. Bed was comfy, airco worked great. Walk to the beach was decent. Location can be managed without a car, the walk to the beach is 15 min and then there are buses that run up and down the beach. That said if you do have a car it's a great location/value. Outside space is nice and internet worked great except one small blip which affected the entire complex and did get resolved in a fairly reasonable time span.

I had a little difficulty finding the apartments. It's not directly on Bubali. It's around the corner off Bubali. The host contacted me and gave me the landmark and I was fine thereafter.

I love the courtyard with all the colorful plants the apartments look exactly like the advertisements. The beds are extremely comfortable. The apartment had a complete kitchenette area, with cooking utensils. The air conditioning, wifi, and the cleanliness of the apartment was wonderful. I can walk to my favorite supermarket (Superfood) down the street in as little of 10 minutes. I walked a little fast to get some exercise. I felt completely safe being this was new for me, instead of being on the high rises boulevard. I appreciate the host and his concern to insure everything was okay, and if i needed anything to contact him. TOUCHE'

There's a business right next door that makes a lot of noise because of the work they do. This location isn't good if you don't have a car to get around to different places.

I loved how spacious the room was. The flowers/plants as soon as you walk into the property was a great touch too. Everything was nice and clean and toilet paper/towels were provided :)

The shower doesn’t have a warm option, but overall it wasn’t bad and quite strong. When ordering a taxi they often don’t know where you are, in the end we generally asked all the drivers to pick us up at chengs supermarket next door.

The property had everything and more that we would expect from an apartment rental. The furniture was from what I could tell barely used and had lots of space for clothes. It has nice small courtyard with outdoor seating where you can meet other travellers staying there. Very close to a pharmacy and also a supermarket. The walk to eagle beach as others have mentioned is about 15 minutes and also is close to a bus stop which is good for a budget option. Aircon in both rooms was a really nice plus (we only expected in the bedroom) and free Netflix on the tv was great. Others mentioned they felt unsafe in the neighbourhood but we felt safe the entire time and the locals living around there were very friendly (we bumped into some other Dutch people living there).

did not like cold shower and slimy bath room floor

this place was bare bones the kitchen was just OK , my biggest disappointment was no hot or warm water to shower i came in from Canada in from the snow need a shower to my surprise the water was cold i found it very hard to have cold showers, i moved to The Eagle Aruba Resort that was a very, very pleasant stay there.

I’m a female young adult travelling alone and I stayed here for 16 days. For the entirety of my stay, I never once felt unsafe or was disturbed. The host Will is the kindest, most understanding person you could meet. I had currency problems the first day and we quickly came up with a solution. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook, the bedroom is spacious and has lots of room to put your things away and the shower is big enough for two. There’s also two air conditioners, one is the living room and one in the bedroom, which is great if you want to keep one room cooler than the other. It is a merely over 20-minute walk to Eagle Beach from the apartment, a 5-minute walk to Quinta del Carmen and Madame Janette’s, two really good restaurants, a 15-minute walk from Superfood Plaza or, if you want something closer, Cheng’s Supermarket is literally around the corner.

The AC in our bedroom wasn’t working properly and made the room even hotter. Our solution was to keep the bedroom door open Shabbakhair the living room AC air would come in. Also there is not warm water, just lukewarm but it’s fine since the island is warm.
