We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GuatemalaMy room had a king bed, but it’s made out of two single beds. I had to sleep on one side (as it was a single bed) because of the separation of both beds. Last day my fridge got damaged, told the receptionist but didn’t got resolved.
Property has a nice pool, good location if you have a car 4min drive to the beach. Breakfast was good.

United StatesIf you’re someone with mobility issues, you’ll want to rent a car to get to the beach, probably. My husband and I are 63 and 57 years old, but we like to walk anyway, so the jaunt to the beach isn’t an inconvenience. Also, if you’re going out on foot at night, the road the Inn is on isn’t real well lit, but we still felt safe.
We stayed in room #203. The AC worked great, the bed was comfy and the Inn felt safe and secure. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier! It’s a small, cozy place and we’d stay there again!
