Host was very communicative, nice, and available for anything. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and roomy for my mother and I. The pool is clean and deep, has led lights and jets for at night. We didn’t get to use but the water always felt nice and cool. There is also community washer and dryer to use. There are beach chairs and towels to use which is super helpful. Parking out front. Nice quiet neighborhood Lovely stay would stay again!

It’s a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with every amenity including a pool. The bed was most comfortable and the host was charming. Chairs, coolers and towels were provided along with two very large TV’s which included Netflix. Less than 10 minute drive to Arashi Beach which is my favorite. We would most definitely like to rent again.

It was nice

First, the manager was very nice, educated, respectful and willing to help and resolve whatever issue and very quick to respond. The place was, well equipped for everything, big tv in the room, we king size bed, 3 split A/C, pool, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, etc.

Meticulously maintained! The apartments were gorgeous. The paintings on the walls and plantings made the outdoors as beautiful as the inside. Everything was beautifully designed. The host Ronny was welcoming, helpful, and kind. It was really fun staying in a neighborhood vs. the beach strip.

It is a new and convenient place for spending some days in Aruba, for a very affordable rate. We will repeat. Very close to everywhere (with a rented car) and the price and quality were wonderful. Aruba is a very expensive island and this accommodation is perfect is you are not looking for an "all included" hotel.

Spacious, clean, modern, well maintained property. Ronny the host is wonderful who gracious accommodated our requests of checking in earlier. His recommendations on beaches to go, places to eat and to get things are all really helpful. We also love the pool and out door shower. We used them a lot when we came back from the beach. By the way, Ronny also provides everything for beach going, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and towels, etc. The location is convenient to everywhere yet tugged away in a quiet neighborhood.

You need to rent a car for getting the beaches even if they are not that far anyway ...

We had what we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Aruba. The place gave us a nice welcome on the island.

The toilet's a little weird to operate / flush. The apartment didn't have little things like napkins... No big deal...

The apartment is fantastic. It's gorgeous inside. The location is great. It's not right on the beach, but a short walk to anything you'd want to visit. It's quieter off the beach, and the private pool is great! We'll stay here again if given the opportunity!

The residence is very modern, clean and spacious with an amazing patio with a pool. It is even better than the pictures!!! The location is absolutely perfect. It is walking distance from Palm Beach. Ronney , the host, is a great person and very helpful

Very Nice host, Spacious house with everything that we need. Extra comfortable bed. Very new and comfortable place. Barbecue was provided. The host gave us beach chair , cooler . parasol. Washing room with wash machine and dryer. Very Nice location.

The place was very spacious and just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and nice sized bedroom. The pool area was very nice, although we did not use it. The host was great and responsive when I had questions about the place or recommendations. Check in and out was seamless. The location is a ten minute walk from Palm Beach and restaurants and everything you’d want to be close to.

Accommodation in a quiet environment, with a small number of guests, ideal for relaxation. Palm Beach is nearby, beach during the day, party in the evening. approximately 15 minutes on foot. The accommodation is new, clean, well-preserved. The host is accommodating and helpful.thanks.

There isn’t anything we really didn’t like. It is very basic and clean. There are a small number of things that could be done to make things a little easier on a family of four with one bathroom. A mirror in each of the bedrooms would be great for the girls.

Great for a family of four that likes to cook in and has their own car.
