We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe condition of the room- while we appreciated the spacious size and found the kitchen area wonderful during our stay, the room condition was very dated and “well used”. It appears that there is a plan for a reno, but suspect that this reno is well overdue.
The grounds were great.. enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The Windows restaurant with the weekend night brunch was a highlight of our trip! Staff were great- very helpful. The entrance team in particular were so helpful with getting taxis and information

United StatesBut, based on my pre arrival conversation, with a live Divi Resort staff person, knowing from previous experience how you are treated at checkin if the system indicates you booked with a third party, my conversation expressing my desired outcome did not happen. I was supposed to be on the 3rd floor, ocean view and was told I had an all inclusive. My fault was not getting the name of Divi staff person I was talking to. It was my honeymoon and husband’s birthday. I just didn’t want to expend the energy to explain or try to prove my point. Aruba is a happy Island, I chose to be happy, despite the minor inconvenience. Beautiful, clean, convenient, perfect weather, great food, and wonderful, polite staff & service. Why waste time and energy to change this karma. 😊

United States- People claiming beach and pool chairs by leaving towels on them, and not using the chairs for hours. - When opting out of the all-inclusive option, some restaurants and bars require you to purchase food and drinks in advance by buying tickets at the front desk. Drink choices (beer/wine or mixed drinks) need to be determined before dinner.
Even though Christmas week is one of the busiest of the year, the resort never seemed crowded. All the employees were extremely friendly.

There were little weird things that were odd: the towel attendants seemed angry all the time (maybe they were), the attendant who handles the chairs on the beach covers way too much territory so it took a half hour for him to unlock chairs, and housekeeping didn't replenish the shampoo/conditioner.
The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. I especially appreciated Erwin who always was genuinely interested in our stay and eager to help.

United StatesWe had some difficulty checking in as they could not locate our reservation through booking.com, luckily I had the confirmation on my phone. It took about 10 min. to get straightened out. Also, the first night, we pulled out the couch bed and there was a wrapper and some rice on the bed so I asked for a new set of sheets, which took about 3 calls and an hour to deliver.
The location was great and it was awesome that they provide a free shuttle between the divi resorts. The housekeeping were awesome and very friendly.

United StatesThis facility has numerous flaws. 1. Entire resort is too big to get around easy. The entire resort is acres! 2. The building are assigned numbers. The system doesn't make sense. Example, i was in building 8000 and my brother was in 3000. We were directly next to each other, and didnt know it. 3. Too much construction ongoing. 4. Buildings do NOT have elevators! Walking to the 3rd floor, while drinking, is not cool. 😆 🤣

There are so many pools and restaurants to choose from! Easy travel between all of the Divi resorts too! Loved the kitchenette so we can have breakfast and lunch in our rooms since we weren’t all inclusive.
