Not hotel's fault- a lot of construction going on around, it didn't bothered us but we didn't enjoy it either

Hotel staff are very friendly people,I enjoyed every interaction with them. They were always there when needed but rest of the time, I had an impression we are spending time in our own backyard, no one bothered us. Cleaning service is extremely good, I mean it. Full kitchen and barbecue grill in the garden.

Location is great, close walking distance to amazong eagle beach. The room is spacious with a kitchenette. It is clean and air conditioned. There is a pool at the facility, but as the amazing beach is just a few minutes away, we never saw anyone use it. We could borrow beach chairs, which was great.

Wonderful friendly people. Serene and tropical. Room was comfy, clean, quiet and very attractive. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and Casino. Everything needed to make easy meals in the room. Restaurant downstairs served the best Italian food and nice romantic setting. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend a stay here

it’s in the low rise area, which means you need to go to palm beach somehow if you want a little more night life

There wasn't much of a supermarket in the area.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice kitchenette and a good shower. Eagle Beach was a short walk away. The attached restaurant was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was the stairs. We left a list with the innkeeper of a few suggestions and he was happy for the constructive comments.

We had a kitchenette, so we cooked most of our breakfasts. There were two mini-mart/coffee shops in the neighborhood that had the items we needed. We had fresh towels for the beach everyday as well as beach chairs. Eagle Beach is about two blocks away or a five min. walk. The gas grill was in good condition and we used it often and was cleaned daily. We enjoyed the pool many days in the late afternoon after our day at the beach. The staff was helpful and prompt in solving any issues. We ordered from Zucchini restaurant a couple of times and the food was good. They delivered right to our room.

few minute walk to eagle beach, they had great comfy beach chairs and beach towels, room smelled great and was very clean. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. much more than we expected. great value. we stayed at Renaissance private island, holiday inn palm beach, all great experiences, but eagle beach was very nice quiet and amazing sunsets. In our opinion the nicest beach with less crowds. some great beach front restraunts less than 10 min walk away with the most amazing sunset we seen. room was large with small kitchen which we didn’t use but for longer stay it’s a great option and great value.

The location was lovely, basically ON Eagle beach. And eagle beach is just beautiful, relaxing and everything you'd want! The apartment was fab, so clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Bed was nice and comfy too. The reception staff were so friendly and lovely.

The hotel was very basic but good value for money. A short walk of around 250 meter from Eagle Beach. You get towels and chairs for usage at the beach. The room was also simple but with good queen beds and a well functioning airco. Not to forget the small pool and especially the great service.
