Access to city bus stop was not very convenient. While beach was small and a 5-minute walk from hotel itself, it was well-maintained

Spotlessly clean faclities; excellent pool; wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were superb, Though not important, elevators were always quick to respond.

The beach area could be better. Lots of rocks but plenty of great beaches near by.

It’s brand new so the whole property is clean and beautiful. The breakfast that is included is plentiful and delicious.

Room was small for 5 people. We had a 1 bedroom with 2queen size beds and a pullout couch in the living room area. We felt it was more suited for 4 or less adults. May be good if you were traveling with children. Not sure if housekeepers had enough help as we had to ask for clean towels/facecloths/toilet paper at least 4 days of the seven. Beds weren’t made everyday either?

If we were located closer to a more populated beach, closer to town. But no real complaints.

Only downside was there was no beach and the hotel dies out at 11pm but there are nearby hotels with casino like the Hyatt Regis etc thank you very much

The restaurant wasn't up to par - waited 1 1/2 hour for a very expensive burger. But the hotel did compensate us for the inconvenience.

I wasn’t a big fan of the staff. On my first night I went to the restaurant to have dinner with my husband and my two toddlers. We were told that they are only serving large tables and was unable to take our order. I have never had to experience such blatant disregard. Capitalism at its finest, why waste time on a table of four when you can serve a table of six? Right?

I loved our room, it was really modern and beautiful. I loved the aesthetic of the lounge and pool area. It all felt luxurious. I also enjoyed the pool

Breakfast options were very good and fairly well prepared. The staff was excellent very attentive and solved all the issues that i had . because of work i did not spend a lot of time enjoying the amenities ... pool gym etc.

Fantastic selection for breakfast. Loved the roomy atmosphere for breakfast. When asked for “to go” coffee cups, they were provided.

Room was near the pool area, so the music was blaring all day and into the early evening.

The island is congested now. Aruba is disappearing scary. With all the roundabouts I haven’t been driving. Trying to figure out what was here before. It’s an island, not a puzzle.

Breakfast was nice. Met people ate together and talked about the island. Lunch at the splash was very good, I enjoyed there salads. The best dinners for me were the Aruban restaurants. Baby Beach beautiful. I was disappointed with Big Mama’s Grill.
