Not enough food options for All-Inclusive price. Multiple things were not included in the All- Inclusive package that was not told up front. Difficult to get reservations for dinner and no other options for food on property after 6

We didn’t enjoy dinner at any of the restaurants(Da Vinci, Sea Breeze, Agave, Pizza Now, Oceanside Bar & Grill: for lunch). The food was horrible at all of them, and the pizza was the worst! Breakfast at Corals Restaurant was great, and lunch at Sea Breeze was fantastic. We also didn’t enjoy the receipt printing at each restaurant. We always choose all inclusive resorts, and this is the first hotel that has printed receipts for dining. Other resorts ask for your room number and carry on.

We enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dessert was excellent. Dinner was horrible!! We enjoyed the kids’ center, the kids’ pool and the location of the hotel was awesome. There’s a laundry room on the Sea Side and it costs $1 to wash and $1 to dry. That’s a big deal for a family of 4!!

Great location and wonderful staff. One of the servers (Veronica) was amazing! She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make us and our children feel special.

the rooms themselves are a bit outdated / small. the bathroom is kind of nonfunctional for up to 4 adults, that’s my only complaint.

The building could use a facelift. The hallways and rooms have a very molding smell. Additional restaurants would be nice.

Outdoor amenities were Fabulous!! The Staff was wonderful! The were the definition of “One Happy Island”. The location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places.

The only set back was the time it took to get the food at diner time at the Sea Breeze Restaurant . Seated right away and order taken in a timely matter but it took an average of an hour each time to get our food and we were a group of 10. Lunch not an issue but dinner was a different story. My daughter had a room with double beds and one of her mattresses was very uncomfortable. Other then that all was good.

All the staff was very polite and professional. The food was good as well as the drinks. My room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The location was close to stores, restaurants and water sports rentals. Traveled with family so the all inclusive really worked well for us especially with children. The breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of choices and we especially like the omelet station.

the hotel is a little old and needs some renovations. The room is noisy at night you hear all the people and music outside late into the early morning.

The room was a bit smaller than I'd like nor was there a microwave in the room but I knew all this before booking thanks to the pictures and clear description of the room's amenities.

Location was amazing and the hotel amenities were lovely. The staff was also very helpful and you're close to not only the beach but shopping as well.

meal options for all inclusive wasn't that great. Only 1 breakfast and 2 dinner and the 1 dinner place wasn't very good.

The bathrooms don’t have ventilation. The palapas are not free. The food is limited: Da Vinci restaurant has only pasta menu; Buffet in the resort is only for breakfast.
