Really struggled to find anything of note.....but I do think another pair of hands on pool cleaning wouldn't go amiss....scummy bits were building up in the hydro-pool & fishing out a few leaves in the other pools wouldn't go amiss.

Where to start. People are so welcoming & friendly. Wall to wall sunshine with a sunset view to die for. Location wise almost perfect at one end of the strip. Very spacious apartment.

Although beach access was easy, securing a beach lounge chair wasn’t. It was a struggle to make a beach chair reservation and in 6 days never secured one. Even when there were lounge chairs visibly available, we were turned down unless we were willing to pay money for Radison chairs. Thumbs down on helpfulness of beach staff.

Biggest problem was the pool and pool bar. They need double the chairs for the pool it's a problem there is clearly not enough, and the bar pricing changed everyday same drinks or food were a different price everyday, along with them running out of drinks and food daily before noon??(Kids food)

We paid for a king size pool view suite and received at city view floor 2 seeing only a parking lot , did not tell me until I get in the room. If we were told on checking that would have been better than going to the room and getting upset,

The garden well kept , the pool, few staff was lovely Zariya as friendly.

The service at the bars was very slow. Also the food choices were few and over priced. The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

The size of the rooms. The pools were really nice and clean. Walking distance to everywhere.

The beach was lousy. In the water lots of seaweed and mushy underfoot. Lots of boats parked right in front of the small section of beach. Not enough beach lounge chairs and they told us 5 days after checking in that you have to reserve them in advance. When we tried the next day there none available. We walked down the beach to the Marriott and it was perfect.

Brand new hotel, clean, lots of restaurants near by.

Service was very slow. Each day I ordered some drinks from rooftop bar. Once they forgot them. The other times it took 15-20 minutes to get them. Had lunch there one day—also very slow.

Great location. Huge rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great ocean views from balcony. Adult pool are was nice and quiet. Very clean.

The only issues with the property for us was there is no barbecue area. Also, kitchen only has fridge and microwave. No cutlery, no plates. No stove top. So you really have to go out for most meals. Other than that property is clean, new and beautiful.

Really loved the location of the property. Close to beach. Close to main strip with shopping, bars and restaurants. The adults only rooftop pool….amazing!!! Views incredible!

Pool lounges sorely need replacement and more needed. Music at pool in the afternoon can be loud and annoying. Afternoon shade is not easy to find.

Nice pool, clean comfortable spacious rooms and good beds, great staff. Good buffet breakfast available. Nice view from ocean view room. Near Palm Beach and restaurants.

We booked this hotel for the last six days of our trip after a week of mind blowing all inclusive stay downtown, to experience both types of stays. Location- felt extremely isolated and felt unsafe some times, could be because our bedroom, both toilets and part of living space all faced the parking lot which is not lit at all. The concierge/lobby, gym etc are in first building and actual rooms are 5 minute walk away which I din like but wasn’t a huge issue, helps get the steps in i suppose. The pools were never busy and sun beds were always available. We had booked two bed suite with pool facing- we were given end room mostly overlooking the parking lot. Staff/ service- whilst the staff were trying their best, we were almost every time met with “we are at high capacity” so services were delayed Restaurant- one on the roof top- was extremely delayed, we left after drinks. We ordered room service- okayish, bring own cutleries. We ended up buying cofee/ tea, cutleries, plates etc

Staff- thankful for arranging early check in for us even though it seemed to be busy. Carlos was amazing - he reminded us of Jay from Modern Family, extremely helpful, provided all information etc Room was clean, spacious. Activities- you can book via concierge, hotel residents get 10% off if booked via them. Restaurants- plenty of places just 5-10 mins walk away. Everything closes 10 ish. Clover - coffee shop downstairs was cute.

The room has a kitchen but no utensils, bowls or plates. 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups I found this strange.
