We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Property is so pretty and many things to do. Staff are all so friendly and d they work so hard. Facilities are very clean and food selection is immense. We don’t do all inclusive resorts as a norm but found this to be exceptional

Trinidad and TobagoAt the front desk I was told that reservations are not required however for the steakhouse visit when they open at 6pm to pick a seating. Got at the Steakhouse and was told reservations are to be made from 5:15pm daily and you can not prereserve.
Drinks and Food was endless and alot of entertainment. Great location.

United StatesThe front desk staff were rude and not welcoming. They were impatient and very short with us. It was a terrible way to start our stay. When checking out they were very much the same. It definitely leaves a lasting impression.
The location was great. There was plenty of room on the beach. The pool was great. The breakfast was awesome.

We were actually moved to the RIU Antillas which is Adults Only Hotel. Both hotels are connected. My review will however be about RIU Antillas as we were moved there. A great experience. Both hotels are ocean front. The beach there is simply fantastic. Rooms are excellent and comfy. There are thematic restaurants with good food All inclusive includes room service which is really a good thing. Staff are friendly. Facilities are excellent. Food is good. Breakfast includes a variety of options including healthy ones. You can ask for gluten free meals.

United StatesHaving to listen to a daily leaf blowing session at the beach every day around 7:30 am. The use of a simple rake/broom would have been more appropriate. When leaving the hotel around noon, the car that one member of the hotel staff rushed us into when we asked for a taxi, was not a legitimate taxi or car service. Although the fee charged was lower than expected there was no air conditioning in the vehicle.
The room and its view (10th floor) were great. The food was excellent in general, served at multiple restaurants.The staff was very helpful and friendly.The beach was note worthy.
