The building is a bit old but nothing too bad No smart TV to play things you like and limited channels The location is a little far away from attractions yet it’s easy to get a taxi at very cheap rates.

The hotel was clean and has good facilities, large pool, sauna, Turkish hamam and small bar, breakfast was good with a-lot of variety and live cooking, staff was friendly, the family suite was big with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, two bathrooms and a seating area, hotel area is quite, car parking available and easy to find.

This hotel is ok, it is out side of the city, u need to spend a lot on taxi to reach to the baku city, n in means of view the room what we wer given was very average, n speaking about breakfast it was really bad, no much options. The staff is list bothered to make the stay perfect for thy client. Majority staff doesn't know English n they don't even have proper travel desk

I am a loyal guest. Within 3 months i have been stayed in this hotel 4 times. The bad things that u don't provide a discount for loyal guests. And no breakfast included.

Late checkin

Matlab was a wonderful , sunny person)) I hope he’ll get a raise. The facilities were fine, breakfast is good and has all the options to pick from. The pool is big and spacious.

The hotel is a little way from the main tourist part of the city. However staff will sort a taxi for about 3 manat (£1.50). The value for money in staying out of the tourist area is well worth it.

2 thing only i hope u fix it In 14 floor Water pressure inside bathroom is so weak Breekfast buffeh there was lot of ppl standing and eat from buffeh directly by they hands while the hotel worker see them and do nothing I did not set even a second

One significant inconvenience was the frequent room changes I had to endure. As a solo traveler, it became increasingly frustrating because the main solution offered was to provide larger rooms, which I didn't really need. Throughout my stay, I faced a series of problems, including issues with hot water, unreliable Wi-Fi, and concerns about room cleanliness. Each time, I was moved to a different room as a supposed solution. However, what was truly disappointing was the lack of a proactive approach from the management to enhance my overall experience. Instead of meaningful gestures, such as offering complimentary meals or unlimited espresso at the bar to compensate for the Wi-Fi issues in my room, I was merely sent a fruit basket accompanied by numerous insincere apologies that didn't address the root problems. Ultimately, it boils down to a need for improved training for the staff. The establishment has a sufficient number of employees, but they require better language and service training. A more proactive and guest-centric approach from the management, coupled with well-trained staff, could have significantly improved my stay and left a much more positive impression.

I like the staff, they were all very kind and you could tell that they really cared. The fitness center was an incredible full scale gym, sauna and steam room. The pool was also very nice. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious.

Everything was perfect

Beyond all expectations! Our honeymoon was crowned by the beauty of this place and the kindness of the staff. As soon as we arrived we were offered a free upgrade and a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was wonderful, with a balcony and a good view, Bathroom superb, with bath. The breakfast is the best: fresh fruit, sweet, savory, many varieties of bread, coffee, tea, in a very elegant room. The spa is an added value: the huge swimming pool, with a glass ceiling from which you can see the lights from outside; jacuzzi and sauna reserved for women: I was alone and enjoyed it totally, while my husband dedicated himself to the sauna. The most elegant Turkish bath we have ever seen. Really lovely staff - special mention to reception lady, breakfast lady, Saman and Matlab, so kind, loving and helpful. Let's go home full of the beauty of this place and with a desire to come back!
