Staff was always there to help,especially Nijar she helped out of her way . Restaurant can cater for more Breakfast variety. Duplex bedroom ,kids enjoyed the volume of space.

First of all perfect location! The rooms are clean, nice, and well equipped. The whole place has very beautifull design. And the last but the most important - the staff is WOW! So nice and helpful that you can't believe, starting with the manager,to the reception guys and the waiters.

There some stairs to go up to the reception and the rooms, so people not comfortable and on wheelchairs may find it difficult.

The place is new and clean, near to 28mall, near to Nizami street, and nearby other local attractions. Hotel staff are very helpful, especially both Ms. Elnara and Mr. Sharayar who speaks Arabic very well :) I stayed there for 6 nights, 3 I had booked thru Booking and the other 3 nights directly from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, they were going beyond their duties to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. It's a small boutique hotel with rooms directly in the reception area, but it was not noisy at all.

The best hotel location possible.Citycenter and big mall is near. Breakfast is perfect and the staff always smile. I feel that they love what they do. Speaking many languages even Arabic. Very clean and nice hotel. I wish to come here again.Thank You for everything.

The hotel allows overbooking. They didn’t have a room for me upon arrival and were trying to blame booking.com yet I showed them the confirmation voucher and that there were still rooms available on the platform. Finally they tried to put me into another hotel which didn’t work out and I just had to book completely different place to stop all that nonsense

There is no lift access to the hotel floor so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs. It is on top of the metro line so you are often disturbed by the rumbling train. The breakfast could have been better. We actually avoided eating breakfast on most days. It was served cold, no healthy options or egg options, no fruit. And the quality was not good. The coffee served was also sub standard. The safe in the room has no proper instruction on how to operate it. And the staff couldn’t really help us.

Fantastic location. Just a 5 minute walk from the Main Street.

stairs are so difficult to use all the time as there is no lift. Breakfast was pathetic. in the morning the curtains were not enough to stop the sunlight from coming inside.

About callisto. I have booked deluxe room. We are altogether 6 2 adults 3 child's 1 infant I have booked deluxe room and m traveling with my 6 members and coming all the way from gabala. Atleast 5 to 6 hours distance.from gabala to calisto. When I entered in the hotel they showed two rooms. we said ok. In two rooms there are two beds and in my booking also have 2 beds. But suddenly after 10 min she said u have booking for just one room because we are tired I don't understand what's happening After they said if u want this 2nd room we will give u big discount and charge u this sofa room 75 manat per day so altogether 150 manat for two days. By seeing all tired my family I accepted and pay them 150 manat extra by card but in 2nd day I checked my booking again. and in that booking its shows that we have booked deluxe room and in deluxe room with family means 2 rooms with two beds and in my booking also 2 beds are coming but when we enter they did not show us two bed room they show us single bed room .so when I Discussed with the owner they are giving lame excuses. Excuses no 1 . We have guest in the room that u have booked. My answer. I have booking so how it could be possible that u have the guest. In that room. Excuse no 2 . We think that ur family is big so that's why we showed u the other room. My answer. First of all u should show me the same room that I have booked. Then later u take us to the different room then its our choice whether we should take the other room and pay more . What I feel is just this that they want more money and they charged me 150 manat for 2 days. 150 manat they charged me by cheating. And also after realising that they are wrong they did not return money. So guys be care full........ And always check ur booking again that what u have booked especially in this hotel. Thanks.
