you have to go up some stairs to get to the hotel, but the staff are very sweet and run down if they see you to help you with your suitcase

great location, slightly out of the main tourist area, but walking distance from everything. Staff were amazing, especially Pari, who was so thoughtful and helped me get a taxi to the aiport on his app at 6 AM in the morning. Staff are always ready to help and speak good English. Good sized rooms, clean and excellent location across the street from one of the best restaurants in Baku called Agabala.

The pick and drop which was charged after vomiting 14$ as per the booking .com the manager at the end asked for 25$ which was paid but we got Uber van which charged us 14 manat

Property was simple less rooms and staff was vey comfortable and use to regard well with smiling face

I think the cleaning service should be done on a daily basis instead of asking the reception desk to send someone to clean everyday.

I think the location was great and the staff were really kind. Even though it’s not the most luxurious the facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff also tried their best to meet every one of our needs.

The hotel is really old, there was unpleasant smell in the bathroom. My windows were in front of club or other place with loud music and cars were making noise. Although one can almost here what people are talking about behind the walls.

weather was cold, no hot water facility available, upon asking the receptionist (who can speak English) , he said, we have problem in the whole city, it will be fixed soon. on second day, the problem still exist. no shower. the receptionist asking me for additional half day for no reason. upon checking with my travel consultant he said, you should not pay extra money, the receptionist was so rude, and use abusive languages with travel consultant and threaten for every thing he could have in his mount. as i went for relaxation, to get rid of some office stress. still same issue faced with receptionist. bad language, rude, i was a stranger to Azerbaijan, threatening and blackmailing, feel so sorry for that. as i experienced receptionist did not deal with customer properly.

I booked a room with a balcony but when I arrived I was told there wasn't one. Also the booking said tea making facilities in the room but this wasn't true. The safety deposit box in the room didn't work.

Breakfast could have been better. For a vegetarian only bread was the option. I feel options can be provided. Also there was no kettle in the rooms so tea/coffee could not be prepared.

The location of the hotel is great. It's near to the Nizami street, the seaside boulevard and the 28 may station, all within walking distance. The rooms are Cosy. Very good hotel for budget stays. The staff were polite.

Cleanliness was bad. No one cleaned the bathroom even once during our 6 days stay. Breakfast was same every single day. Bathroom was stinky. All the comforters were stained. They looked dirty
