I recently stayed at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff/s. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room exceeded my expectations and offered a great view. Ramin were exceptional in assisting me with local recommendations and promptly addressing any concerns I had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Azerbaijan. I will definitely come back. 🤍

First day on demanding they gave us two water bottles but the next day we were told we would be charged for water Just one satchet of tea was given Bathrooms were stinking Breakfast was pathetic Last day inspite of telling them before hand that we wil b checking out early breakfast was not ready nd we had to leave without d breakfast although we had paid for it during checking in

Location not very close to the old city. Opposite there is a place that gets very noisy in the evening. Insufficient toiletries for two people (among other things, only shampoo and no shower gel are present). The front desk staff did not give us a written receipt of payment after being asked for twice. Transfer to the airport very expensive (asked 30 dollars), I recommend looking elsewhere: we found it for 20 dollars. To access the rooms you need to climb flights of stairs. Take this into account if you have heavy suitcases or poor physical mobility.

Good sized room, fairly small bathroom. Good value for money. Fast and stable Wi-Fi. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Location a stone's throw from the main central and pedestrian street - Nazami street - and in an area with many clubs and restaurants.

201 room didn’t have a view. No kettle in room but it seems it’s normal for the hotels in the area. But hot water available in reception

never book for the families / and more then 2 days - Honest Review 1. the do not clean the room on daily and after 1 day gap also they are expecting from us to clean the some room. they charged AZN 50 as penalty and told me if we dont pay they will call to police and i will face problem and delay in airport 2. they just put single bedsheet and when we sleep it just moved from the mattress and mattress were very dirty with dirty spots - we got the infection i have the photos proof. 3. breakfast is not buffet they give simple breakfast. 4. they did not provide the Tea Kettle even mentioned in the booking is free - and they were asking AZN 15 for that

Extremely dirty, like you can see hair on bed, in the bathroom, everywhere. I don't even speaking that facilities are old but it's just dirty. Carpet is full of dust and dirt. No noise isolation at all and the stuff downstairs can be loud in the night, you need to go downstairs in the middle of the night and ask to be quiet or turn off the music The smell in the room was also poor

The room was not clean. The carpet was very dirty wit lot of dust and no vacuum was done. The washroom flush tank was not working. Bedsheet was not fixed on bed. There were no blankets provided. Upon asking they said we provide only bedsheets as it’s summer. The washroom light was not working. They said they will fix the flush tank but dint fix it. As it was late night checkin and early morning flight we had to stay in the hotel. Even after telling the hotel staff that room is not clean he still said it’s clean. Washroom was so dirty that there were used tissues in the dustbin and no one cleaned the room before our check in. The hotel cupboards Cabinet was fixed with glass door, that too was broken and if touched would even fall on some one. It was a disaster time and hotel. I would Recommend to refund our amount as nothing was worth a single penny. Even there was no water bottle provided. Do not keep this hotel on booking.com at all. It’s a cheat
