We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanThe bowling was too loud and noisy. You can hear it from the rooms, and made it very hard to nap/sleep in the afternoon and night time since it ran past 11 pm. Bowling should be moved to where the gym is.

Wooooooooooooow. Really wow. Just amazing in every respect and every detail. This is the second time we visit this awesome hotel and the first to be in Winter time. My family and I were delightfully surprised by the snowy atmosphere during our stay this time celebrating the colorful and fascinating Novruz holiday here in the north-west of Azerbaijan. The presence of snow with hights snow height reaching one meter and above in some spots added another element of enjoyment to our stay. The fact that the hotel is built on a huge area of land comprising soccer, basketball and tennis fields and courts, a huge terrace, wonderful indoor swimming pool and SPA facilities (free of charge for hotel guests), bowling alley with four lanes, cinema, indoor sports such as billiard, table tennis, Foosball, etc makes you feel you don't want to leave the hotel for touring or other activities. We stayed two wonderful nights and plenty of action-filled vacation to the point all of us were literally crying when we had to leave on our third nights. We can stay a month or more here and never feel bored or wanting to leave; it's just a piece of heaven on mother earth. A word of thank is absolutely due to the wonderful and ever-smiling staff of the hotel without exception. Special thanks to the gentleman in the front desk, sorry I didn't remember his name as I wrote this review, but he is the one reception staff who speaks very good English. I had the pleasure to chat with him several times during our stay. Also I would like to thank him for offering me and my family free, wonderfully tasty sweats special for the Novruz. Last words, if you are in Qax and want to enjoy a wonderful stay, don't think of any other hotel in the area. Qax is also beautiful all year-round so no matter what season you visit, you will definitely enjoy. Happy Novruz holiday to my wonderful and stunningly beautiful Azeri wife and to all the wonderful people of friendly Azerbaijan. Yaşa Azərbaycan.

NetherlandsTo start with: this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not in terms of service, not in terms of comfort, etc. The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation and renewal of the furniture. We discovered the day of arrival after a long walk in the mountains that we have no hot water. After calling the front desk for the first time we were told someone would come over. Half an hour later, no one had stopped by and my husband called again with the message that we are also hungry (it was around half past seven in the evening) and that we would therefore like to take a shower and have dinner afterwards. No one came after this phone call. In the end, after waiting for 1 hour, we tested the water and it was lukewarm and okay to shower. No one else spoke to us about this the same evening. That is very unfortunate and certainly not good service. In addition, the breakfast is not what you expect from a luxury 5 star hotel. There was very little choice and from what was there it was clearly visible that most of it was not daily fresh.
The waiters in the restaurant works very hard and does their best to please the guests. They were very friendly and took the time to listen to you.

AzerbaijanBut! Personnel was awful: some personal items were thrown away and did not even excused about it. WiFi at the room did not work properly. Prices at the restaurant were ok but.. the menu can confuse you: you may not to find what you want written in there. I heard that during the last pandemic administration of El Resort Hotel has changed and the new administration have fired some experienced people. Therefore you may a little bit surprised to see pakistani guy to take an order.
Place, the view, meals were ok. You can play bowling, footbal, tennis with your family and friends.
