Was difficult to get table for breakfast at peak time, long quewes to egg station. Service at bar on 19-th floor was slow. Spa defenitely requires maintenance and better cleaning.

Upon arriving at Fairmont Baku, I was first impressed by the dimensions of the lobby. Like the design of the building, it is modern, with a very high ceiling and a huge chandelier in the center. The hotel is ideally located - on a hill - visible from anywhere in Baku. The rooms at Fairmont Baku Flame Towers are spacious enough and offer great views. This is not uncommon with other luxury hotels in Baku, some of the best hotels have great views of the boulevard and the Caspian Sea, but the Fairmont is a step above the rest as it is on a hill so the views are panoramic. Interestingly, during check in, the nice receptionist informed me that as a birthday gift, Fairmont was giving me a free upgrade to a premium room with an ocean view. The room was very spacious, with large and very comfortable beds. A huge bathroom with a massive shower in which you can dance and a solid bathtub. I love everything in this hotel. One of the best stays of my life!

We couldn’t find the hair dryer easily, and the instructions to connect to Wi-Fi were not available. We had to call the reception for the info. I believe it would be really great if you can write an A4 paper with all the stuff the room contains.

The property was quite spacious and clean. I liked the fact that there were 2 different rooms, as one was an office one and the other was bedroom. It contained everything you would expect from an hotel room. And the view from windows was amazing.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and thanks to the wonderful staff who provided us with an upgraded room category, we had a corner room with a full view of the Caspian Sea. The breakfast was also top notch. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Location is great, the building is fantastic, the room was spectacular with an amazing view. In addition, the staff was kind and friendly. Amazing value for money. The hotel truly deserves a great rating.
