We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandFor an hotel and restaurant of this level, it would be nice to have an English version of the restaurant menu, and some waiters who speak a bit of English.
This hotel will surely appeal to those looking for a retro look. It has all you need, relatively big rooms, is clean, it is situated in a perfect, very central location, has a big parking. The breakfast was good and the attached restaurant, really good. Don't expect modern furniture or decor, but the beds are comfortable and the room clean. Last but not least, it is really good value for money

AzerbaijanIt is personal. That would be better to add a couple of hot dishes for breakfast as turkish smashed egg with tomatoes and pancakes, hot milk and additional juice. Again what was there was very good and fresh.
The Ganja Hotel is located in a very central part of the city, just in 4-5minutes of walk to Ganja Mall, main mall, also Central Square, several sightseeing sites.. Do not expect modern equipment as the entire hotel is in a style of late 90s with a unique environment. You will enjoy wide stairs and tall ceiling. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were so clean, above what we expected it to be.
