We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Arab EmiratesI spent five days in Golden Horn Hotel it was excellent and great, there was clean and room was huge and comfortable, the view was exceptional. The staff was the nicest and the most caring I called them for three water in 4AM and I got it in one minute, the hotel also can provide you a transportation and trips. And all the staff speaks English. Also, I would like to thank the staff for always helping us , specially Mr. Tabriz Mukhtarli who made our visit to much easier.

As a non-smoker, this was incredibly important to me, and I appreciated it as a rarity in Baku. OmanKing Bed blanket is small. There was no additional blanket in the room. Requested for connected room as a condition for my stay and they promised to provide. Once arrived I found connected rooms not available. I was forced to stay in different rooms for the first night until the next day guests checked out from connected rooms and immediately it was provided to us. Understand they have only one connected rooms. Receptionist came to breakfast room asking me how many times you avail breakfast which was not nice. I went to express my dissatisfaction and he apologized
Room design Room Facilities (fully equipped brand new apartments) Basic home made breakfast to get your day started. 10 AZN per person. My children was not charged which was a good gesture from them. Staff (Bell Boy Riza and mother Nata for breakfast) was cooperative and helpful. Room cleaning is made only upon request which gives you good privacy for your items and belongings in the room. Not a bad location where you can find all you need near by, though it is little far from main attractions like Nizami Street, old city, boulevard area and Highland park. Perfect location for those who have a private driver. My daughter was happy in her stay and left a note in the room for the hotel.

KuwaitOne of the most beautiful hotel apartments. Honestly, the place smells fragrant. The bathroom is very clean. They respond to my calls quickly and meet my needs with amazing speed. Czech RepublicBreakfast - every day the same, one would appreciate some salads, variety of cheese, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Also better choice of fresh bread and bakery products would be fine. Lot of noisy (ok, windows can reduce it from some 80%) and smelly cars on the Attaturk street beneath. If you are not coming from some industrial region, you may feel not comfortable (but this regards the entire Baku unfortunately)
