The hotel itself requires some renovation. The menu is ok but for 5 starts hotel the food is quite simple. Good for having a lunch during business trip, but not more.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Vugar, the manager of the restaurant for being very hospital and delivering great service. Also to cleaning ladies Aynur and Ilnara. The room was very clean every day, water supplied with no limits. We just contacted them when we needed some supplies, everything was delivered with no additional charge.

Traffic to the place could be bad during peak hours. The side road leading to the hotel looked very quiet and dark at night.

Old Hotel with good interiors. A bit cut off from the main city. The breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. The size of the rooms were very good. Ample parking space.

Amazing selection of food for breakfast from omelettes made to order to choice of savouries, fruit, cheeses, salads and more. Room was very spacious as was the balcony with à view over the town and the Caspian Sea and with birdsong from the park below. Concierge, réception, breakfast waitress and coffee bar manager all gave excellent friendly service in good English.

The facilities of the bathroom. For me it was a little challenge to get in to the bath to take a shower :) because except high bathroom itself there were installed the glass curtains. The total height is about the middle of your hip. So you need to rise your leg quite high. Getting out also is a little challenge :) if you are old and not a sportsmen it might be an issue for you.

It was a business trip for me right before Formula 1. The hotel is not new and the facilities looks little bit old and some times not practical. The hotel is located in a quite area and if you get room with the windows to the back yard you will enjoy the the silence compare to the other side that comes out to the busy road. What I really liked it was the bed. It was very comfortable with a hard mattress. You would never feel any back pain after sleeping in such bed. 10 points for it! The breakfast was alright. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the conclusion it is nice hotel for offered price.

The only thing that was not meeting the standards of the hotel was the Wi-Fi. Most of the time there you could not connect to the network at all, and when you do, the internet was really slow and unstable.

Nice hotel in a safe area, right next to some embassies. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and not that far from downtown. We walked several times and it took us a good 1 hour walk to get to the center, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants on the way.

The manager made an accusation against me that i might try to leave without paying, and that i owed them a lot of money! It was an 11-night stay, so of course the bill was bigger than just for a few nights. I have never been accused of such a thing, and to make such a baseless accusation isn't only unprofessional, if i might add stupid in this case. The staff knew well that i was there for an international conference which was inaugurated by none other than their president. Next time in Baku, i'll just stay in InterContinental or JW Marriott Absheron etc.

Desk area in the room. Rooms are made for deep sleep, very soft lamps lights at night. so the light didn't help me work at room. Desk lamp As not enough. The hotel has a beautiful lobby to take your PC down

The hotel has a good quality to price ratio. I stayed in a Deluxe Twin room. The staff is so friendly. We arrived at 5 in the morning, the staff was so helpful. Kudos to the reception guys and the restaurant staff. (Smiling, helpful, kind and professional) Thanks for the cleaning staff for keeping my room tidy and very very clean. The location of the hotel is 10-15 min far from Nizami street by car. But I invite you to discover the hotel surrounding if you like walking. It is very interesting. Bus station is at 2 min walking from the hotel, taking to all destinations. get your bus cards.
