I was scammed because in the description hotel said they offer airport pick-up and drop off which they do. What they don't say is that they will charge you like 3 times more for the ride. I requested a pick up and i got it which was nice because i landed at 4 o'clock in thge morning. When i left they told me that i need to pay for that and i was 3 times more expensive than the taxi the frontdesck called for the to take me to the airport. The shower was leaking and they did't changed it. They also didnt change the sheets for 4 days. Beds where not very confortable and it was very noisy inside the hotel and outside because of the aircon installation.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Hotel is located in the old center with one exit on Nizami street. Staff is really helpfull, Jasmine and the other frontdesk operators where very kind and helpfull.

smoky room, they couldn’t give me a second blanket for 24 hours, I had to remind them 3 times. Old renovation, in places worn out bed linen and plumbing. Upon check-in, we found trash left by previous guests. The photos show signs that repairs are needed. Actually generally everything was ok and probably I will back to this hotel, but there is a room for improvement.

Perfect location of the hotel. In the immediate vicinity are the historical center, main tourist streets, bazaars, embankment, and good restaurants. Hotel staff are generally helpful but forgetful. Normal selection of breakfast items.

The room was not as big as we expected. The room facilities could be refurbished.

10 out of 10 for hotel staff. Ready to help if anything goes not as planned (manager Geysar will get you covered). The hotel is indeed very central though in a quite quiet location. Extra points for the ventilation in the room and the variety of breakfast.

Everything was good . It’s a perfect hotel for a short stay .

Location was perfect . Its back entrance opens right on Nizami street . Breakfast was decent but missing croissants . MANAGER JAVED was the most courteous person we came across . He made sure our stay was comfortable in all ways . Would definitely come back to the same hotel if I ever visited Baku again .

Sewerage smell across the toilet, general cleanliness is below average. Blankets, bed sheets and towels are torn & worn, and mostly color faded or got blackish. Breakfast is really modest. For same price you can get way better hotel but bit far from downtown.

Location is great, center of Nizami street which is hotspot of Baku, suitable for travellers who spend whole day out and just come to sleep.

I had problems connecting to the internet in the first days, but they changed my room and the problem was solved.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. In terms of location, the hotel is in a very good place. and the staff was extremely attentive. The manager and staff were very helpful with every little problem I had. I had a really good time.

A/c in my room was a bit noisy, needs to be fixed, but was nice and cold Lots of noise during night with other guests, that last day I had to call reception for them to stop, also i don’t know if it’s from the gym looks like someone is throwing weight on the floor , also during night Also shower hose was broken needs to be fixed Airport shuttle too expensive, should be charged way less, i payed 10 manat from hotel to airport using BOLT, hotel charged me 35 from airport to hotel. I believe 20 is a fair price

The reception staff who were welcoming and efficient. The home services were making me feel right at home. The waiters were attentive and friendly, ensuring I have what I needed. And the food is delicious!
