Adequate sized rooms. Well equipped with all that you need. Great staff. Regular house keeping. Good breakfast. Location is within 20 to 30 minutes of walking distance or 3 to 4 Manat Bolt taxi from all the attractions in Baku.Nice local restaurant and markets around. Very close to the promenade. Would definitely stay here if we return to Baku.

The staff is so polite and supportive. I traveled with two kids. Hotel team helped me with everything I needed from carrying my luggage to paying cash to taxi driver, as I didn't have local money. I was lucky to choose this place. The room was cozy and warm. I was provided with all necessary stuff in my room.

Bathroom wasn't fresh and clean. There are stains under the sink and in the shower. And sometimes it was smelly in the bathroom. However, it wasn't that bad to be a deal-breaking thing

Front desk staff was very cooperative.. I reached baku a day later from the planned date of arrival due to visa issues.. I had contacted the hotel amd requested them to allow me to refrash from the hotel as i will be reaching there by check out time for the booked room.. i reached hotel at 12 30 pm and though the check out time was 12 pm, they still allocated a room and gave me 3 hours for refreshing as my next destination was Shahdag..They supported without any extra payment

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The reception team Anver and the other person who welcomed us(forgot his name, sorry) were very accommodating and helped us all throughout our stay.
