Everything was perfect for us.

The hotel exterior and interiors are absolutely beautiful. The staff was very polite and kind to assist us with our requirements. Though we had an early morning flight, they helped arrange early breakfast for us at 5am. This was really helpful as we didn't go hungry with our baby to airport. There are places near the hotel walkable distance to coffee shops, malls, supermarkets etc.

This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is fresh, clean and comfortable. The stuff is so polite, supportive and friendly. I think this is the best hotel experience I ever had, taking into consideration that I have traveled and stayed a lot in different places. I came with my friends on my birthday, my friend asked for a birthday piece of cake and they brought the WHOLE CAKE for free. I would recommend this place for friends, couples and young family with small kids. Food is Amazing 😍.

It’s about 30mins drive from the airport if no traffic.

The hotel is lovely and very close to most of the tourist attractions. They staff are always willing to help. Breakfast was great too.

Coffee machine is a MUST for a 5 star hotel.

The personnel of this boutique hotel is amazing, gives a great vibe and dedication to every one who steps in the hotel. Milana, the front desk receptionist is a big asset for the company, such a nice communicator, great approaching and customer oriented girl, made us feel homey. Landscape of the hotel entrance is beautiful. The spread of breakfast was overall okay.

NOTHING! Everything was good. We just faced an internet outage temporarily, but it got fixed soon enough.

THe rooms were compact and clean. All amenities were either provided or easily available when asked for e.g. iron and extra pillows. Breakfast was delicious as usual, fresh and filling.

i forgot something in wardrobe and remembered about that only in the evening after check out, but someone at phone refused to check with new guest, if they found anything so either someone from hotel took my belonging or new guest, i don’t know my fault to double check during the check out, but just telling as it is

The hotel is based in the city and very convenient to commute around from the main tourist spots. The staff are extremely courteous abd helpful. We received a warm welcome

The hotel staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was great and the rooms were beautiful and the swimming pool was nice. I guess the only disadvantage is the location. But Volt taxis are available all the time and it's cheap. We stayed 3 nights and we loved it.
