Great hotel with incredibly kind and caring staff! I was staying only one night but they ensured my comfort in every detail even opened the restaurant at 6am so I could have my breakfast before early departure. The room had an excellent view and everything was clean and well maintained.

The food options were poor. There was only one juice option, only a banana and orange option for fruit, no sweet option such as waffles, pancakes or desserts. Would have helped if staff were abit more fluent in English as a means of communication but they did their best. The taxi option from the hotel also was expensive as the driver recommended by the hotel over charged by alot for trips into Baku etc.

It was very quiet when we went so wasn’t disturbed at all. The family suit room was spacious and indoor pool, hamaam and sauna was great. Timur on reception was helpful and spoke English reasonably well which helped.

Amazing location, views, and service. It was the perfect place for all of us to stay. The Hotel facilities, including indoor pool and SPA, were great, an easy walking distance to the private beach. The customer service was excellent. A five star hotel with the pride.

The green areas around the hotel are not made for walking and occasional stroll. There are not pathways or entrances to them.

The location was great - right next to the beach wit an exceptional sea view. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were very tasty and with good variety of meals.

The resort was a lovely place. Very clean and comfortable room. The environment was very peaceful and had great scenic views of caspian sea. The staff was very cooperative and accommodating. The reception manger Mr. Abdul was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable.

Looks like the season hasn’t started yet. The pools outside where in very bad state and where closed. Not sure when or if they will be ready again.

Everything was simply amazing! The staff was most helpful, made a tour around the hotel! The pool and hamam are ideal! The food and delicious, very varied and all the waiters were always at hand, bringing the food and drinks and cleaning the table immediately! The hotel, location and the stay was perfect! Strongly recommend!

Upon check out receptionist girl asked me to wait for them to check the room. It is not proper as I covered my bill upon check in and did not have any extras. This procedure should be removed as property has to trust their guests!

The hotel is great, view is fascinating, and the hotel has big area for walking around. Will definitely come back. Many thanks to Abdul from reception for his kind assistance.

2beds sweet and We had ants in the room, although they clean every day but it was everywhere and in the leftover food we had.... Hope they look into that. Otherwise will stay there every time we plan a beach vacation. No iron and no microwave in the room

Location and the view was beautiful, this is a resort, 40 minutes from the city with Caspian Sea view, the resort has awesome swimming pool, tennis court, and other activities, Rooms are super clean. Lovely staff, Mr. Abdul is a wonderful person who took care of everything for us. definitely should be booked

Well, this hotel is qoted 5 stars but is far away to become that. The room where clean and nice but the bead was smaller then the designe of the night tables, grate view from the back balcony but obstructed view when you sited buy the bulky designe finish of the railing Good quality spa and nice peoples, but poor trained in services specially the bar and waiters staff, they didn't have a clue of thire menue. The quality of the food and the variety of it was close to a 3 stars hotel then 5 stars, as well the staff where eaten in the restaurant with the guest, and you had the felling that you are eating g in a taverna the. In a restaurant... As well where so many stuff that they where making more noise in the eating room then was helpful and without any service etiquette " They where taking your plate on the table instantaneous giving you the feeling that you are rushed".. Nevere the less it is understandable when this hotel is owned by the goverment and as any goverment administration aren't working as well as the private one!

dated room, confusing info - was told I was not allowed to swim after 3pm as male only swimming, the told it was ok. Was informed by reception we could attend the evening buffet, then asked rudely by a manager what we were doing there.
