The hotel is on second floor and the stairs to reception are a bit rough. This time while there they were bieg renovated. As I have mobility problems I hope the will now have banisters all the way as only partial cover at moment.

I have stayed there before and was happy,thats why I went back. A good cheap n chearful small hotel. Breckfast is good two.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so that can be a point of concern if you are travelling with the elderly, really small children and lots of luggage. I travelled light so this was not an issue for me.

Very well located, close to metro station and Baku promenade. Staff (Ms. Sabina and Mr. Najat) were incredibly helpful and professional. Breakfast is homely, healthy and served with a smile. No issues with payment, airport transfer and city guidance so overall a good budget option!

Great hotel and good value for money. Free transport from the airport to the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 adults and 2 children and the room was definitely clean and spacious for us all. Cute breakfast area served with everything you need to start the day. The hotel staff was very kind to leave some local treats in our room and chocolates for the kids. Parking was available on the side of the street but the hotel itself is in a central location within walking distance to Nizami street and Old Baku, with the train station a few door steps away.

We spent a wonderful week in your hotel. We enjoyed it very much. They communicated with us via WhatsApp, which is very good and convenient. The driver really waited for us at the airport. We arrived earlier, than the check-in time, but we could leave our luggages at the reception and finally we could check-in around noon (instead of the official 14:00). The location of the hotel is very good, everything was close. With the balcony door closed the soundproofing was good. The room was big, clean, just like in the pictures. There was free water, tea, coffee and the water heater is very positive and we liked the fridge very much. Breakfast was very good and generous, full of foods of good quality. We loved Gulnaz very much, she was like, who prepares the breakfast for her own children. She is really lovely. All the staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, all they were very friendly, we loved all of them. Congratulation for the staff and for the hotel.

Staff was very courteous and ensured every help possible. Location of the hotel was great, only 4, 5 minutes walk to nizami street and Sahil metro station was less than 1 minute walk. Hotel is heritage style, so look in old but rooms and furniture are new and mattress was also comfartable. Breakfast was acceptable, good options available to start the day.

• The provided iron table is completely inappropriate for a 4* hotel (should be replaced). • Despite the clear pre-arrival communications containing my arrival date, time and flight number, the airport shuttle driver was not at the airport waiting for me on time. I had to seek assistance, make a phone call and wait for him to arrive. • Upon arrival, there was no fridge in one of the booked rooms (sorted later). • There are no printed instructions on how to operate (lock/unlock) the safes. I had to seek assistance from the receptionist. In addition, upon arrival, the safe was not working in one of the booked 2 rooms. • The breakfast seating area is too small. • The majority of the hotel rooms open to the main corridor (privacy issue).

• Free airport shuttle service. • Friendly and attentive staff. I would like to mention the receptionist “Jalal” and the breakfast lady. • Location (city centre and close to metro station). • Size and comfort of the bed. • Size of the room. • Size of the bathroom.
