The parking location at the hotel is inconvenient, the parking lot is far from the hotel entrance and there is an uphill road. We asked to change rooms because of the noise of the children from the next room, and they immediately moved us to another room at the other end of the floor, but there we discovered that there was a knocking noise in the shower and they sent someone to check and said that the source of the noise was in the hotel's ventilation system and there was nothing to be done. At the reception they said there was no point in changing rooms because the same noise was heard everywhere, I didn't argue with them because they had already moved us to a room when we asked and because they upgraded our room on their own initiative. But it is unacceptable that such a hotel will not have a solution to the problem.

A luxurious hotel in every way, amazing location. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a room with a balcony and the view was simply stunning. The reviewer's dinner was excellent, the food is of a very good standard.

1) Finding a breakfast table is a bit of a task, so I would suggest if they can implement something like a guest control in front of the restaurant, where we can wait until a table is ready for you, based on a first come first serve basis). I have seen this in hotels like Radisson Blu and I found it to be convenient 2) Breakfast taste can improve a bit more

We came in the month of April (mid of April). 1) Scenic setting with snow capped mountain in the back and lush green area at the front 2) Amenities and facilities are endless, I gave up trying to count all of them 😅 3) Plenty of staff to take care of the guests and the numbers seem to be proportionate to the guest capacity 4) The restaurant serving local food was worth the money (we really enjoyed the food, music and wine) 5) Guest relation dept. was top notch as I was constantly contacted by Ms. Narmin and kept checking if everything was alright (it was a rarity in my personal experience so far) 6) Nice pool and associated amenities 7) Room space was ample, bathroom was as big as the room we stayed in Baku 😂 8) Neat and tidy rooms, with housekeeping staff available for help any minute 9) The room rate I paid (~250 Manat per night) was totally worth it. Overall, in my experience this is so far the best 5 star property I have ever stayed in. The property in itself is as big as a town centre (I would say (with a bit of exaggeration) we can call it a district. Not kidding, it has a bus service inside the property to take you around within the property. For the money I paid, this is undoubtedly the best value for money experience and given I get similar rates I would definitely recommend this to be the first choice if you are coming to Sheki. Piece of advice: Keep one full day to explore this property (I am realizing now, after going there, I should have cut one day from Baku and stayed here)

Nothing really, it’s just the room is quite warm for us, could use a bit better ventilation.

Such a big spa and resort! All facilities match 5 star. Cozy room with comfortable bed and pillow, bathroom is spacious and clean. The spa area is very big and well maintained, pool is huge. We went in low season so the experience was nice and chill. Breakfast has so many options, from local specialty to western general stuffs. Every room has a balcony with some views, it’s very nice to chill there and overlooking the mountains. It’s 15~ drive to sheki, so will be a nice option if you’re traveling by car. Not sure if it’s possible to come by public transportation.

Despite the fact it is far away from everything you definitely MUST visit this place! Change your plans, make a de-tour you will never regret it and will always remember this place! Not only is all stuff exceptionally friendly and professional but all the amenities is just fabulous. We even received an upgrade of a room on the arrival

Did not expect that amount of facilities in the hotel. Everything is there from bowling to lazer tag to pools and spa, even karaoke and cinema. The whole stay was really different and we loved it. Rooms are spacious, balcony is nice to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Lots of choices for the food. A special thanks to Narmin who was very friendly and Professional, she reaches out to guest to make sure the whole process, from before u reach the hotel till after u leave, is smooth and easy. Amazing hotel!

We start every New Year with a trip to Marhal Resort & Spa. Every time we find ourselves in a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Over the course of six years, we have never changed our opinion about this hotel. Everything is great, deserves 10 points. It has everything we need, namely a clean swimming pool, delicious breakfasts, karaoke, bowling and other sports. The service is always top notch. Special thanks to the girls from VIP and Tural.

The only small issue was when the hotel is full, it was difficult to find the empty table for breakfast, so we waited for 5-10 minutes.

It exceeded our expectations. Wonderful breakfast. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and they provide you with everything and more. Very comfortable beds. The location is awesome. We liked our view from balcony, it was the view to the village (front side of the hotel). They organized amazing set of activities. Our kids were happy there. At evenings we enjoyed the live music. The pool was clean and warm enough. We will definitely visit this place again.
