Miraj Hotel is underrated. The place and the staff are amazing. They even upgraded our room to Deluxe as a gift. The free breakfast is pretty decent. The location is not that near the city center, but it is safe. It is near the universities and around 10min walk to the nearest metro station and you can book bolt as well. You can also walk to the center, it is around 25-30min walk. The location is perfect if you want a peaceful stay in Baku and don't mind a short walk or ride to the city center.

The price-quality ratio is very good. Location is c.15 min from the city center by foot, in a quiet street. Rooms were clean and with Azerbaijan esthetics. To sum up, a hotel is a good economical place to stay for a tourist in Baku

During peak hour traffic, the cars outside are noisy, mainly in the evening. Entrance to the building depended on the concierge opening the electronic door.

The location is very convenient for access to the main universities in Baku. There are plenty of shops nearby along with many restaurants and many good shops. It is walking distance to the old town - about 30 minutes. The concierge were very helpful. Breakfast was reasonable to good.

The room was big, with good natural light... clean, good air conditioning (despite 40C in the street), good WIFI, big comfortable bed... Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.. Nice, quiet, safe location.. around are lots of embassies and other representative offices.. less than 2 EURO by Taxi to the center...

I am very satisfied with my 6 days stay at Miraj Hotel. It exceeded my expectations (11/10). The price is averagely good. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I can sleep easily after a long day tour. The hotel location is few minutes away from Nizami street. This has not been a problem because the Bolt app for taxi is very easy to use and is very cheap. The are staffs are amazing! They are very accommodating and welcoming; specially Maten who is very friendly and helpful during my stay. Also, Sara who cooks very nice breakfast (her omelette with cheese is the best). I will certainly comeback here if there's given a chance to visit Baku again :) I really hope that Miraj Hotel will get the recognition that it deserves.

It was great to stay there. It was clean, close to the many schools, touristic destinations, and most importantly to the subway. The employees are so helpful. The hotel has a great design with great paintings on the walls. I strongly recommend people travelling to Baku to stay there.

All was great, if you are not happy with something or you need something in your room you can ask staff they will do it immediately.

The great thing is that it is a new hotel, everything is up to date, beds are so comfortable not too soft and not too hard, it gives you perfect rest. You have access to metro which is just 10 min walk and bus stops are just 5 minutes walk and it connects you with all must visit places. Not far from hotel there are Flame Towers, Highland park, Chemberekend park which you can’t find among recommended places to visit( we found it just when we had walk from Nizami street). Great supermarket near hotel, Pharmacy and exchange is there as well. Amazing reception, they allow us to pay next day as we arrived on Sunday and exchange was closed. Anything you need you can ask them for assistance.

The Internet worked poorly (constant interruptions), so we ended up using mobile Internet. The refrigerator didn't work. They changed it for us, but the other one didn’t cool us down much either. Plus the refrigerator turned off if you left the room.

Bright large room. Breakfast is modest, but you can find something to eat. The hotel is located on the mountain, so it is better to use a taxi (Bolt for example) or a bus.
