Tidy and clean room, spacious enough. We had a lovely balcony with a park view in our room, where we had our breakfast. Perfect location: many cafes and a park with fountains.

PakistanNo housekeeping. Room can be cleaned upon request. One day we requested for the room cleaning but was refused since the cleaning lady was absent. We insisted on sheet to be changed and the receptionist boy did it himself. We didn't find this a big issue as the receptionists were exceptionally good.
Location is exceptionally good. We stepped out of our hotel into Nizami Street. Taxi came right outside hotel door. Bus stand was close by. We hardly needed transport to visit most of the places as we walked. Kid was in the stroller. Staff was exceptionally good. All could speak English. This is a small hotel on 3rd floor of the building. I suggest that you get location pin on whatsapp from the hotel before you go. Breakfast is same served in dining room (no buffet): egg, bread, cheese, butter and jam (same everyday). One day the cook didn't come and the receptionist boys cooked breakfast for us. Very homely feeling. We took bus from the airport and got dropped at 28 May (costed 1.8 Mannat per person, kid was free), bought sim from 28 May and then taxi (Bolt) from 28 May to the hotel (costed 3 Mannat). You can also walk if you have the sim, less luggage and no kid. Hot water was all the time available. Room wasn't very spacious but good price at a good location. No facilities other than breakfast was available at the hotel. I will choose this hotel again without any doubt and will highly recommend to everyone.

RussiaThe most important thing you need to know is that the ADMINISTRATION IS BLACKMAILERS! For all the inconveniences that we had at the hotel, they promised to call us a transfer, but with a request to leave a review later. As a result: at 5.40 a.m., my child and I stand in front of the administrator and ask to call a taxi, while he insist that, first of all, I must show him good review on the Booking. This mockery lasted about 15 minutes. After which I just went down to the street and wonderful guys just passing by, called us a minivan taxi to the airport (and it cost 5.5 dollars, not 20!) And now what you should aware: 1. We requested in advance transfer from the airport to the hotel (it cost $20, payment at the hotel). The taxi was not there at the agreed time, the administrator did not control the arrival, and the driver simply forgot about the order. When he picked us up, he didn’t know where to take us. Because the actual address does not match the address on the map. 2. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor in a residential building. The elevator did not work (at first they said that they would definitely fix it tomorrow, then they simply shrugged it off). We had a small child and a stroller (plus suitcases, of course). And all this had to be carried several times a day. Think twice before book a room here! 3. There is no buffet, they are prepared breakfast separately. The set is small: omelette, bread, chopped vegetables. The question is: why are there such problems with preparation time? The wait for all 3 days was from 30 minutes up to 1 hour (!). All the guests were unhappy with this situation. 4. Photos are much better than reality. We were given a room with a window overlooking some kind of roof in the courtyard. There is space for a refrigerator in the room, but in fact there is none; there is only one hairdryer in the entire hotel and you have to ask for it. The terrible condition of towels and bed linen: holes, dirty spots, hair. It was disgusting.
Objectively, the only positive thing about the hotel is its central location. And then it comes with a “surprise”. The address on the map is 16 Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev Street, but the number 26 is indicated on the house. This feature is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel’s page.

For breakfast we had to wait for almost an hour to be served as the only receptionist cum chef was occupied with other guests. Highly non recommendable place to stay in Baku

RomaniaThe hotel has an entrance through a gangway. It smell extremely strongly of food, in the gang are the kitchens of some restaurants. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building - you can use the elevator (which has no sensor), but also 2 types of stairs - some of them look strange (see the picture). The staff employed don’t necessarily have the right attitude and they do not know English. And what worries me is the fact that the same employee was in the reception for 3 days (day and night).
The location is effectively in the city center, everything it is very close. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The hotel is very small, it is okey for a city break. We reserved standard double rooms, but I invite you not to have big expectations, if you want to be in the city center, go for it.

PakistanStaff, specially reception guy Renat, the guy was very rude all the time and kept on changing statements with lies. He even asked for money for every issue they had. For Example, the room they provided us had no window and lot of smell. When we asked to change our room, he charged us extra. We booked triple sharing room and were provided a triple sharing with balcony but they asked for extra money. When we asked, they told us that they will change our room next day on which we refused as we can not change room every other day. It's not a hotel building but a floor in a building with maintenance issues. On our first morning, cook was not available and reception guy was making breakfast which was below average. rest of the days we had breakfast but it was very basic. After worst dealings and charging extra money... they were scared of bad reviews so they kept on asking for our phone to review on booking.com. when we refused, they put us on NO SHOW on booking.com they are really FRAUD people.. specially guy named Renat.
