If you are charging with 4star price the only thing needs improvement is breakfast

They need to improve breakfast selection there is nothing much to offer when compared to money and on Saturday we got the set menu there was no buffet available

Balcony door doesn't close well enough so strong wind always opens it. There is no need to exchange everyday only opened for use soap with the new one.

Big and nice room with seaview, comfortable bed. Street noise doesn't really matter. Tasty breakfast but not a very big choice. Everyday cleaning

I would like to highlight the hospitality that I experienced here at Hotel Nobel. All people working both at the reception and at the restaurant are very attentive and always ready to help. Big thank to them. The hotel itself looks in reality exactly the same as on the pictures. Daily housekeeping provides a clean environment. Room service is fast and it’s for a reasonable price.

No towels and tissues in the room upon check in, i had to call to request. Room wasn't clean enough. i stayed 4 days and they didn't clean my room or at least send me water. Breakfast was fair but could be better.

Big rooms with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Freezing AC. 10 to 20 minutes to Nizami street and the old city (depends on the traffic). Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help. I recommend this hotel if you don't like the crowds

The bed is not comfortable at all, the curtains don't prevent the lights in the morning, the staff were rude when I asked them to saty in the room until only 12.30pm, and they responded in a tough way. Also the lights in the room is soon weak.

Smoke. There is a sign “No smoking” in every room, but everyone smokes there. I hate this smell. Management did nothing about that.

My recent stay at the hotel left much to be desired. The breakfast was subpar, offering limited options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable, with noticeable lapses in housekeeping. The rooms had outdated facilities, contributing to an overall uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those seeking a pleasant stay.

Perfect spot in Baku! Close to everything - attractions, dining, and public transport. Can't beat it! The hotel's central location truly enhanced our overall experience, making it a memorable stay.

Buffet Breakfast was closed 1.5 hrs before the actual closing without even informing us while around the same time it was available previous day. Kitchen Staff don't know English so it's difficult to even communicate. The room I paid wasn't the one I saw in the pictures.So that was disappointing too

The airco didn't work, One blanket had a hole (burnt by a cigarette) and were not from cotton. The big standing lamp didn't work
