Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KazakhstanRoom wasn’t ready when we arrived. They made beds in front of us. Towels were ripped and very old. Also very loud at night, you can hear all the noise from the halls. Internet doesn’t work at some points of the room. Also I think you should put new toilet paper roll if the one which is already there is finishing. Please fix the toilet lid, it’s falling apart. Other than that everything is alright.
Staff is nice and always ready to help. We went there for a concert, so we chose especially to be close to the stadium n to airport. For one night it’s alright. They offered us free breakfast the day we were leaving, but unfortunately we had to run to the airport. But, thank you☺️

Slovakiaso loud people in this hotel when you get shower, water is everywhere in the bathroom, so you have still wet shoes when you go to the bathroom our flight was in the night, so i wrote messages through booking app, that our check in will be around midnight, so if they can pack breakfast for us. when we arrive, i asked, if breakfast are ready, they said no, that they will prepare it and what hour we want it. i said our check out will be around midnight, so we need to go 00:15-00:30. we arrive to reception 00:10 and they said, it is still not prepared, then we wait another 5 minuts, receptionist said, it will be ready in two minutes and he left the room. we waited till 00:33 and he still wasnt there, so we needed to go without breakfast....

Breakfast was included in the price but they refused initially and then after a lot of arguments they provided only bread and boiled eggs only 😔.
