Considering the number of South Asians travelling to the region all the hotels and resorts should incorporate few Indian items on the menu

Location was superb, staff were courteous, facilities were excellent. Spa was very good. Zarina (spa front desk) and Devi (masseuse) deserve special mention.

Absolutely amazing experience , especially Front Desk person ( I am sorry , I do not remember your name) , but we spoke about Bollywood movies and how he loves Dharmendra - he even looked like him. Staff was wonderful and helpful . We stayed in Pik Palace and not Chalet . Amazing property with amazing view and heated pool .

The location and the staff. Special thanks to Head chef Mr Vincent who ensured our family is taken care with our vegetarian diet requirements during breakfast. Chef RASHAD was amazing and really helpful every morning to serve us with sandwiches, hummus , curries all pure vegetarian. The open Hot swimming pool was an icing on the cake after a long day of fun and skiing. The rooms were big, and the views were just amazing Look forward to visit it again and highly recommend everyone to stay over here in shahdag. You get a free shuttle bus to visit nearby places which is every one hour just outside , opposite the property at hotel shahdag. They even have ATM exchange machine in the property so no worries to get local currency. Bills can be converted

Suggestions: 1) for the price of the room, there should be a smart tv. 2) the hotel should guide the families about the activities that are available at Shadag. Shadag resort does that. Nobody made us aware as a family about these different activities.

Everything from breakfast to dinner was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The fact that there is a children's play area helped us get some much wanted down time. plenty of food options around which ranges from fast food to fine dining. There were no issues with the internet. Amazing pool and jacuzzi as well I would definitely visit this place again.

No ski room in the hotel at the ski resort. We had to rent ski box at the rental center.

Rooms, Restaurant, Kids club, SPA center are excellent. Walking distance from the slopes.

Beautiful view of Shahdag Mountain. Equipped with all the necessary facilities. Rooms were very top notch. I like that bath are and toilet were separate. Staff were very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is awesome and very organized despite the rush. Loved their freshly squeezed orange juice. Had the best Beef Burger in a long time just outside the hotel at ‘Fridays’. Not sure if it was part of their property or not. Their Spa is also too good. Had massage from there which was very very relaxing.

The AC seems to be an issue throughout the hotel - they tried explaining that it’s due to the mountain climate and so the hotel was quite warm. I turned off the AC and simply opened the balcony for ten minute to make the room cold enough for a few hours.. other than that, no issues at all.

I personally prefer the understated chalet vibes of the hotel - a true resort-like experience. The spa and gym were well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was quite good! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return next time in Shahdag.

Balcony didn't have chairs, restaurant staff are painfully slow, though we were the only one in the whole restaurant for lunch.

Very friendly staff, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Check in & out was a breeze. Very comfortable beds.

The breakfast had a huge variety, but the quality could be improved.
