Quite high-end, comfortable hotel with many amenities and awesome breakfast with many hot and cold meals choices. Bathroom has got many features, it was clean and modern. Extremely helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. The premises are kept tidy and the STAFFS PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The breakfast buffet offers ample choices and is well-presented and the website photos accurately represent the reality. During my stay, I enjoyed a pleasant view of the snow-capped mountain. If I have the opportunity to visit Ganja again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel once more.

United Arab EmiratesBut I'm sorry I can't say these words about the restaurant. 1) İn the afternoon İ showed the waiter and the manager which table İ want and made a reservation for 19:00 oclock. but when I arrived in the evening, there were others sitting at the table. I think this is already inattention to the guest. 2) I ordered a margherita pizza and told the waiter to have it without tomatoes, but the pizza came with tomatoes and I asked to change it. 15 minutes later, they served me no new pizza but tooken tomatoes,this is cheating the guest. 3) the worst thing was that the manager served the guests in the restaurant and then sat and eat at the next table. I talked to the general manager Mr. Elmar and told him about the problems in the restaurant. I hope these details will be resolved soon, because the level of service should always be high!
The hotel is almost the number 1 hotel in the city of Ganja. The cleanliness of the room, the welcome, the facilities, everything is perfect!

We loved the room and very comfortable bed. Shower was brilliant and staff were always happy to help. The restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Parking was easy with the reception even offering to reserve a space if we wanted.

New ZealandEverything was great, we just stayed too short, diffidently will stay again.
A new accommodation that furnished well and fit to purpose; staff were amazing and keen to help. The room and all area were sparkling clean, quality of breakfast and food for dinner were great. We tried the waitress recommended pomegranate wine, it was from Ganja area and and very special - natural & rich with pleasant flavors. At the nigh a local band was performing folkloric songs, we really enjoyed. The accommodation was also so sustainable, recycling batteries was interesting.
