The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Instead of the normal check-in time, I requested early check-in at 7 am. ( My flight from Lahore reached Baku at 06 am) and the hotel allowed me for that. Not only that but let me have complementary breakfast the same morning. I must say that receptionist Najat was very polite, helpful and very professional. I am planning to visit Baku with my family next year and will stay in this accommodation again.

Nothing worth noticeable

The property staff is very humble and considerate about the guests. The breakfast is very diverse and the small goodies such as comb, dental kit, shaving kit are all included in the stay. The hotel welcomed us with a fruit platter which helped us subside our hunger on arrival before we could order something.

The location is perfect and its clean and the price is very suitable for the value. And the staff are very helpful miss sara and miss neza if I remember the names correctly.

Air conditioning. For some reason they thought that October is the time when people need heaters instead of Cool air. This was fine on windy days but on pleasant days we were forced to open the window which resulted in mosquitoes entering the room.

Great gym better than most hotels, helpful staff and nice amenities. View from my room was amazing but I think that was us getting lucky Value for money. It had nice convenience stores near it and if you're a walking person, it was within a 30 min walk from all the major attractions within the city limits.

Everything was lovely, good breakfast, spacious room, I had a Studio, so there were 2 TVs, a kitchen area. 24/7 shops nearby. It was a great experience to have dinner with locals for a very cheap price. It is easy to call a taxi both to the center and to the hotel at night. Very friendly staff. 20-25 minutes on slow walk to the center.
