The Hotel is located on seaside and just 10 minutes walk from Baku Center and Oldtown. There is a shopping mall on the other side of the street. The team is polite and friendly, they speak English and Russian. The apartment at top floor was great and clean. Great view to harbor and sea. Breakfast was great too. Very good room service.

The Radisson Hotel Baku boasts an excellent location, situated right in front of the sea and just across the road from Park Bulvar Mall. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the famous Nizami Street, making it a convenient spot for tourists. The hotel staff are friendly and very supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered here is one of the best I’ve ever had, with a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's tastes – definitely deserving of 5 stars. The rooms are spacious, though the interior is slightly outdated. Despite this, the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely stay at the Radisson Hotel Baku again.

The employees of the hotel are one of the nicest and helpful I came across while travelling, starting with the reervation and sales agent, the receptionists as well as people working at the breakfast and bar area. The location is walking distance away from Sahil metro station. The rooms are neat and clean.

The only downside was that of the bed. On the booking confirmation, its clearly mentioned Large Double Size Bed for 2 Junior Suites-Higher Floor, whereas we were given a queen size bed. Upon bringing to the front desk's notice, they mentioned its their std bed size policy & that they dont have king size beds or Large Double Bed in Suites! Shocking! Then why advertise as Large Double Size bed in the first place. Eventually, we ended up squeezing ourselves for 4 nights in the bed. Its like they wanted us to pay for my daughter by putting an extra bed in the suite.

It was a bit noisy in the room. You can hear the road even with the windows shut

Great hotel perfectly located in the center of Baku right in front of the mall and embankment. The staff at the reception is super kind and helpful. The restaurant on sight is pretty good though probably slightly pricey compared to restaurants in the city, but it’s normal I guess. The bed was really comfy and the room nice and clean.

In addition to the glowing remarks shared above, there was one aspect that slightly marred our experience: the inadequate ventilation in the toilet. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unpleasant odour emanating from the bathroom. Despite the efforts of the Room Cleaner, who diligently placed a toilet bowl freshener, the odour persisted after a few hours. We commend the Room Cleaner for her dedication in attempting to alleviate the issue. However, it became apparent that the problem stemmed from the ventilation system, which was beyond her control. For reference, we were accommodated in room number 1006.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful ambience of my room, with its picturesque view overlooking both the bustling mall and the serene Caspian Sea. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect, conveniently situated near my conference area. Access to the adjacent mall not only offers a gateway to shopping delights but also a diverse selection of culinary delights at the food court. I must commend the exemplary service provided by the room cleaner, who wore a hijab. Her courteous and customer-oriented demeanour truly enhanced my stay. I sincerely hope that Radisson acknowledges and rewards her for her outstanding efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction. Although my initial booking via Booking.com did not include breakfast, my husband and I decided to indulge on the third day of our stay. The variety and quality of the food served exceeded our expectations, prompting us to return for another delightful breakfast experience the following day. The additional cost was undoubtedly worth the culinary delights and added value to our stay.
