Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandIf you need to park a car, be aware that parking in the vicinity of the old city is a BIG challenge. Contrary to what the hotel had indicated, parking easily in front of the hotel was not feasible. The staff was unable to provide guidance on alternative parking options. Parking outside the old city requires a local app linked to a local SIM card. Since we only had an eSIM card, we were unable to make payments through the app and spent over three hours navigating heavy traffic in search of a parking spot. Ultimately, we located a Garage Parking near the old town, which was 2 times cheaper than parking options within the old town itself (advised by hotel staff). I strongly recommend that the hotel staff offer detailed information about parking alternatives rather than merely promising convenient parking near the hotel.

Extremely good breakfast .The rooms are a bit small but in this area most hotels have smaller rooms .I think it is the concept of Old City.In europe rooms are more smaller ,so for me it was perfect.The staff were so helpful and friendly The location is ideal for the one who visits Baku first time. United Arab EmiratesLanguage issue (only one person knew English but with other staff, we managed with translator app); dirty bedsheets, stinking bathroom, small room, closed-in, no view. ‘Antique’ & ‘Historical’ property confusion. ‘Historical’ is on a slope 5 minutes away from ‘Antique’ so if you have knee or walking problem, better take ‘Antique’. Also, there is no lift in the hotel. ‘Historical’ doesn’t have service staff / reception, so you need to call ‘Antique’ and they will help.
