The bed sheets are too short for the mattress, making a night's sleep uncomfortable!

The staff were always polite and helpful; The room is spacious and comfortable; The cleaning staff is incredible - our room was always immaculate; Great location - a 5 min walk from the Heydar Aliyev Center and a metro station; The pool/spa is very good!

spacious room, good supportive staff, good for families with children, pool and sauna are free of charge. supermarkets and restaurants are adjacent. Breakfast is repetitive except 1 item change every day. Restroom gets a intermittent sewer stink smell.

Cleaning!! the housekeepers don’t changes bed sheets, mine was dirty because spilling of a juice, they just cover it without changing the same for towels, they just fold them without changing, even with dirty ones. I stayed 5 days, the tables, floor never cleaned. The breakfast not so bad, but there was no one to checks if anything is missing or if you need anything

The location is good , not so far from stores and supermarkets, near the attractions but not the city centre The staff are we’ll welcoming, willing to help , keep in providing any service.

Hotel Location is far from centre but walking distance to Hyder Aliyev Cultural Centre. Hotel room was quite, reasonable size, clean and value for money. Hotel does not have any restaurant for lunch or dinner even no coffee shop. Breakfast was below average.

Hotel is a bit old, wash room shower and health faucet fittings and lay out needs to be updated to help to keep it dry while using.

Excellent location, just next to Heydar Aliyev center, close to Narimanov Metro (900m), Taxi is damn cheap in Bolt app so distance to center not an issue. Staff excellent, very helpful, Emil is very helpful and always there when required to guide, Breakfast excellent, requested to slightly change menu Emil immediately obliged, kitchen staff very courteous, cleaning staff also excellent. Overall good value for money.

They didn't give me the room I was upgraded for by Booking.com It was a smaller room with only one bed. I was upgraded to 3 beds superior room. The breakfast is not good at all. I don't advise eating their eggs. I had to vomit because I felt so sick after eating their breakfast. The hours of the pool are not convenient. It is only open in the morning till 12pm. And then it closes all afternoon and re-opens again from 9pm to 1 am. This is not convenient for tourists.

The bed was comfortable. It was a clean hotel.
