What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the wonders of magical Baku. The staff are amazing, especially Emin who made my stay here very welcoming. The breakfast was the best I've ever tasted in my life. The studio style apartments are very clean and comfortable and overall, i really recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel , perfect location within easy walking distance to all the sights and plenty of restaraunt and bar options nearby. But I have to make a special mention to Emin . A true credit to his establishment , super helpful , professional and an all round nice guy . So helpful and friendly , went above and beyond in making my stay truly memorable. Thank you Emin . I would highly recommend this hotel , and indeed if I am ever in baku I will not hesitate to re book this hotel .

GermanyAbove all, the staff. I felt as if it was my family. Murad is day and night thare - i guess he's a robot, but a friendly one. The beutiful night receptionist Zara, the funny Seva, and Ceyhune makes the best omelettes in town. Not to forget the boxer Said - very important for the safety in the night... The location was very good too. Neer to Sahil Restaurant, with its grate menu, opposit to the Beer Point, ware Malik and Mara like to speek russian and fill the guests with beer, vodka and absinth, it is also neer to the promenade, old town, etc.

United StatesFor those who need accessibility to the hotel, be mindful that you’ll have to walk up the stairs to the hotel entrance once you enter the front door. We had no issues and don’t mind it at all but we just thought it could be a thing to mention here
Loved the location! The metro station is in a minute of walking distance. there are a lot of stores, malls and markets nearby. The seafront is in a couple of minutes of walking distance. Everything a tourist needs is pretty much accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall the cost per stay did actually meet our expectations.

Location is very nice and totally center of city. Balcony was amazing very big space.

United Arab EmiratesI’m quite disappointed about the facility of this hotel. Given the price,could have been better than what I have expected. But what I didn’t like the most is that the dining area smells like cigarette as the staff are smoking in the nearby kitchen which is open. Another is their breakfast (they serve it to you like a set) is served quite late for my liking. Starts at 8:30am and has to wait about 7-10mins as they prepare your food. I also have to point put the reception (Emin) asked us to come back to the hotel early - we were about to leave the hotel again to just go outside but some snacks about 10ish pm. And he said asked us what time we will be back as he needs to sleep. We were shocked bec we thought reception is 24hrs and what’s the point of the keys ? Also note that u have to take stairs to the main door. This is quite not the experience I was hoping for. Though they are somehow helpful and nice during our stay.
Best thing I like is their location. Metro and Bus stops are just next to it. With many stores around. Nizami street is just 10mins walk. Old city is about 20-30mins walk or can take bus.

Czech RepublicOne of the male receptionist was very invasive, knocking our door at 1am, checking our ins and outs, calling me on my private phone asking for 10 on booking, sending whats app message.. Horrible!!! The rest of the staff were great and kind. Beds were a bit old and you could really feel the strings which can be painful during the night.
Location was good. Next to promenade, city center, metro, supermarket or even some kebab or atm. Balcony is nice and sunny until 11am. Very noisy because of the street. Wi-Fi was good. Shower was OK as well.
