The mattress clearly had been used for many years. The only way to fix the dent in it was by placing a spare pillow under the mattress. By the way, the pillow smelled strongly of sweat and cigarettes and was not fresh either. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant where loud music plays until late hours.

Staff members are very kind, friendly and supportive. They responded very promptly to our complaint about the lack of cleaning. They quickly provided new towels that hadn’t been replaced and gave shower amenities that were missing. After our complaint about the noise, they politely explained that it would be noisy until 11:00 PM and there was no need to worry.

Amazing hotel with gorgeous interiors to be honest i travelled a lot, but this boutique hotel was the most beautiful and cozy from all i have seen. Very pleased with service and friendliness of staff. Location was very good, near by fantastic restaurant Mangal, highly recommended to visit.

we requested close rooms because we are family and kids but couldn't be arranged without paying extra money and rooms viewing the road were bit noisy at nigh as commuters drive with loud music.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire Bayil during my trip to Baku, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the friendly and professional staff. ( Specially thanks to the Rustam and Seymur, i hope we will meet again)They truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was nothing short of amazing, with a cozy bed, elegant decor, and a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with ease. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a stone's throw away from the city's top attractions, shops, and restaurants. This made exploring the area a breeze, and I was never short on things to do. One of the highlights of my stay was the scrumptious breakfast buffet offered every morning. The variety of delicious options was truly impressive, and the presentation was beautiful. I couldn't think of a better way to start my day! The staff was incredibly kind and generous, they gave us a free upgrade from our standard room to the deluxe room and offered complementary breakfast. otherwise, the hotel has a very unique interior, spacious rooms, excellent location, and well-maintained facilities
