The cleanliness of sauna / hammam was kinda okay so we didn't venture there. Our room was on the first floor where the lift lobby was strewn with some furniture from (what looked like) under-renovation rooms. Not a pretty site, just optics though.

Location is right across from the Upper Caravanserai - it can be seen from the hotel room/s. We could go for a long walk in the morning around the quiet town, and the Khan's palace - possible simply because of the location. The hotel has a temp controlled indoor pool which my kids really enjoyed. The breakfast was great - although choice was limited for us vegetarians, the kitchen team made some sautéed veggies just for us + heated some of the precooked veggies we had carried along. Very helpful staff made for a great stay.

It was clean and comfy, ideal location for sight seeing. Everything is on walking distance. The staff is cooperative. My drive forgot my Dslr outside in the parking while putting bags in the car and after one hour when we called they said it's safe with him. Sometimes the hot water was not coming.

Breakfast was good. The location is also near to the main road where you have access to lot of shops. The dinner at the restaurant was amazing.

The bathrooms could've been a little better with constant warm water flow.

The property is nestled in the city's heart with the Canvesarai within 10 metres. The staff is really well trained to assist you with anything and everything. They have a massive temperature controlled swimming pool along with Turkish Hamams and Sauna ( This is free ). Massages are an additional cost. Breakfast was wide spread with enough options for veg and meat eaters. Definitely recommend this if you're staying in Sheiki.

The rooms were ancient/ outdated, and the washroom had cleanliness issues. The rooms were equipped with ACs but the hotel management said it was turned off due to the same it became very hot during day/ night times. Breakfast was also average.

I liked the location of the hotel since it is very accessible by foot to a lot of tourist spots, restaurants and souvenir shops. I felt safe walking around the property and outside. They granted my room of choice (with the view) and staff customer service is exceptional. I had a trouble with wifi connection with my room where there was no signal and they attended to my needs (From reception to IT specialist) coming to my room and to check and eventually resolved the issue. The room was clean and there was daily room service. The restaurant also provided a good view for breakfast and served good buffet food.

Generally building and furniture is already old. Parfume for rooms could be choosen amoung more fresh smells. From neighbour rooms smell of cigarettes was coming to my room

The furniture was all worn out, the bed was very uncomfortable we couldn't sleep the whole night and had a backache. The breakfast was just average nothing good about it. One of the room the heaters were not even working

The jacuzzi smelled really bad and its water from sewers.
