Very nice Hotel, right in the city center of Baku. Easy to reach on foot (about 5 minutes walk) from the İçəri Şəhər Metro Station. Very friendly staff and good breakfast! Perfect for tourists who want to see the historical center of Baku.

Breakfast. No much varieties. Sometimes in peek hours entry to the old city with your taxi car or tour car might not be easy.

There was no view from our room window but I expected this after reading other reviews. The bed, although large in size was firm and the duvet was too small.

Location of the Hotel suited us. Easy to get to all of the Museums, shopping, promenade etc. All of the Staff were very good. Communication was excellent. The weather was cold during our visit but the heating in the room works very well.

Here and there some signs that cleansing can be made better. The breakfast is great, though would expect few more options for a 5*, for example when it comes to the coffee.

The Hotel is at the core of the old city, though a walking distance from the coastal road and the promenade. Very nice building, nice rooms with comfortable bed, and plenty of peace and silence

The price of the pick up and drop off to the airport were much more expensive than the local taxis.

Old town is extremely nice and obviously comes with some minor inconveniences, accessibility is rather limited but hey staying in old town is worth way more than the limited accessibility.

Nice hotel in the middle of old town, major old town attractions are all walking distance. Spacious clean room. Helpful staff ( which make a stay always more pleasant )

A little difficult to find, taxis will not find you. Excursions/tours are VERY expensive - best booked independently, save a surprising amount of money.

Gorgeous property in the old town, spacious room, huge breakfast selection in the lovely restaurant and super helpful staff throughout the hotel. Also had a lot of extras that we didn't get chance to take advantage of, such as a pool and yoga classes.

The hotel is located in the old centre of Baku so you can reach the main attractions walking. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is really kind: they offered us the room upgrade and the free late check out. Absolutely reccomended!

Great location in the old city. Staff consistently went out of their way to make me feel welcome and also announced that they had upgraded my room for free when I arrived. Room was lovely, spacious and tasteful. Fantastic hotel.

i excepected to have an opening sofa bed in the Executive suit that i booked. instead i had in the second room , a narrow sofa that one can not sleep on it. When i told that to the manager they offered a folding bed with springs that was not comforatable either.

The staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good. location was very good. reception team helped us with taxis and transportation.

We think in each room Qibla (Makka) direction marked clearly and visible. Some hotels place a mark in the ceiling or drawer so those who are interested can easily find their direction for prayer.

The fitness room/gym was small but well equipped. It had a full array of good dumbbells up to 27.5 kg, a number of benches, a solid barbell with plenty of plates, and a chin-up/dip station among other machines. It is far better than the average hotel gym. Also, the sauna was excellent: dry heat, very hot, and you can douse the rocks with water. The breakfast spread was good. The location is another plus.
