The room was really clean, large and with a comfortable mattress. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient if you need somewhere close to the airport. It is also very good value for money.

I like the service of the Lady in reception and make my check in and then all the services including my bags to my room, everything Seattle by herself with a very good attitude, she is very respectful and responsible with her job, I really appreciate and recommended

We asked for an early takeaway breakfast because we had to check out 07.00 but only received a cold white bread toast with cheese.

Breakfast needs improvement and balcony doors requires locks which were not there and an easy access was available to anyone to reach in rooms from back doors.

WIFI of the hotel should be improved

A very clean and tidy hotel.Rooms are spacious and furniture is well maintained.Nice shiny and very clean wash rooms supplied with all utilities.Daily house keeping is remarkable.A well spreader buffet breakfast with multiple choices to eat. The hotel staff is remarkable, everyone carrying a smile on the face and prepared to help you out incase you need them. Mr kannan,a young,good looking boy was there on the airport to receive us.He helped us in keeping our luggage in the car. The manageress Saida Khanum is a very energetic lady who is always there from morning till night to look after the hotel affairs and help the guests. Front desk boy Mr Orxan is a wonderful boy who is always there to solve your queries and help you out. My loads of thanks,gratitude and good wishes to sweet,smart,young girl,Miss Aygun who always carries a broad smile on her face.She was a great source of inspiration and help for us.She was there with open heart to guide us whenever we needed.My best wishes to her in her career ahead. I must say that I have been travelling and staying in different 4,5 stars hotel but this Supreme hotel stay was the most remarkable and full of joy.

Perhaps the noise insulation from the street could be better, but c'mon, experienced traveller always bring his earplugs.

I booked a room in this hotel as had an early morning flight from GYD, so in terms of communication with the airport, the hotel has great location. It is worth to mention that the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and there was a coffee and tea corner.
