Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Arab EmiratesExtremely thin walls, could actually hear people enjoying their intimate moments, also the duct is common due to which there’s a strong cigarette smell when you enter the room. The lights in the room was very dim which felt like a downer.
The room was quite spacious and had all the facilities. The staff was prompt enough and guided us well.

IraqThe breakfast was meh, definitely not a continental breakfast. They served cool cuts, cheese, and eggs. No more options!! The elevator door didn’t open sometimes and we had to open it with hands. The hotel management needed to act quickly and fix it but they instead put a paper saying it doesn’t work! My parents can’t climb the stairs 4 floors!
I stayed in this Area before, Ahmed Rajabli. It is 15-20 minutes away from most famous attractions in Baku. There are so many banks, clinics, hospitals, and supermarkets nearby (2 minutes walking). The hotel is good for the price, clean, very friendly staff,

United Arab EmiratesThey day we landed we went there and despite of confirmed booking they said sorry we dont have any room we have booked ypu in other hotel in next street which was more pathetic then teatro so my stay at teatro was for 4 nights frst night we stayed at the other so called hotel next 2 nights we went to gabale last night we asked that we have to stay at teatro no matter what. But the hotel was so dull and dark rooms were not so clean and it was giving horror vibes. Overall experience was not good
